This store is going down hill fast. Last order I placed they tried to pass off saying they didn’t deliver to my address but I have been ordering from this store for 7 years. Now today they completely messed up my order and when I called in to talk to the manager he just said he wasn’t taking orders because he was so backed up. I was on hold for 15 minutes and called back in and got the same answer. I told him I’m not calling to order I’m calling to have my order corrected and he placed me back on hold. Not only was it wrong but the pizza was not even cut. I would love a call from the owner about this method of doing business. My pregnant wife can’t eat the order that was delivered.

Ordered a pepperoni with half onion and half black olives. The onion side was like bitting into a raw onion. I called the store and ask to speak to the manager. I wasn’t upset I just wanted to help the franchise owner keep up quality. Leanne the manager told me that she made the pizza and that I was wrong, that it’s suppose to be handful of onion, and that she has been making pizzas for a year. She did offered me a credit, but since I am not sure if its going to be Leanne making my next pizza, I declined and will order from another restaurant in the future.

It was a regular on-line order for carry out. Got this place 10 min before closing. The personal was very friendly and pizza was done nicely – accurate with uniformly distributed topping. Since we were hungry after our bike trip, without further ado we decided to dinner, right next to their bakery, thanks to that table close by. So, it was a really nice experience.

I’ve been coming to this Papa John’s for 13 years and unfortunately after today I will not be coming back here. Not one person on the line had a hairnet or a hat. I saw this girl with her hands down the front of her pants and then she just hopped right on the line without washing her hands. That is absolutely disgusting. I work in the service industry so I know that you’re not allowed to not have a hat or hair net on if you’re working on a line. The service has always been amazing so I’m still giving 3 stars but please follow health code regulations. They are there for a reason.

The late night staff was so friendly. My first job was at papa John’s working the late shift and everyone here was positive and gave my wife an extra special birthday surprise! Leeann and Mouse made us an amazing pie, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the attitude of these young people.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I spoke with someone who claimed his name was Billie / Billy. He wasn’t very pleasant nor wanting to help me. I had an issue with ordering pizza that wasn’t delivered. However my money was taken out. He claimed it was the call centers fault. When the number called was the stores number. He said they should of redirected the order. If that was the case there would have been proof of the order. I think you should work on your people skills Billy. You put off a rude and disrespectful vibe. Get better help.

This location is terrible. Every time I order from this store they make mistakes with my order. I’d recommend, if you do order from here, to order pickup so you can verify your order before you leave. I called to address it in hopes the manager would correct it and forget about it but got a huge attitude about it. I didn’t want anything in return. Just wanted them to fix it. First time I called a young man said he was the manager and I didn’t get his name. I called back after writing this to get their name and Leann answered the phone and she claimed to be the manager. If you’re reading this you might think I was rude, but I can assure you I handled this with kid gloves. They’re incompetent and couldn’t care less. This is really unfortunate because I strongly prefer PJ’s to any other franchise pizza. I’ll be finding a new pizza place to spend my money.
