Terrible. JAMES kept interrupting me and pretty much in a nice way calling me a liar that they rang the bell and knocked. I have full security in the house and door bell rings throughout the house. I ordered at 4:25pm it is 6:30″it said 30 min to be delivered. Still no pizza. He has terrible customer service. No apology and then I was speaking to a wall. I work in hospitality so I know how to treat customers. I hope they do record calls and train especially JAMES. HE NEEDS HELP.

I Ordered two pizzas on a Friday at 5:25 PM by phone the lady who answered the phone said that it would take 20 minutes for the pizza. I arrived at 5:45 and the attendant, an older lady, said that it would be about another half hour. I waited patiently as people arrived and this lady kept telling them that they had to wait 30 minutes, that it was a busy night. One customer said forget the order and left because she had to wait another 30 mins. The young woman who was making/ prepping the dough started throwing trays very loudly and saying things and being loud. I told the older lady that we shouldn’t be mistreated like that because it was not our fault. She told the young woman to calm down. She said that there is a call center somewhere in the Philippines that takes the orders.

Horrible service!! My first time using this location in St. Cloud and I received the worst customer service by the “manager”Crystal. I was ignored when I entered and they did not even acknowledged me until “I said are you going to help me” Crystal then responded with an attitude very rudely and told me she would not help me and proceeded to help the person who came in behind me. Crystal should not be in management and is not a good representation of the papa johns brand.

Ordered a pizza from here and the driver must’ve dropped it but didn’t say anything because the pizza was smashed. Called in and the manager said he would take down my info give me a complimentary pizza my next time calling. Went to call in about a week or so later and no free pizza, no information noted. The manager on duty didn’t even want to get on the phone when I asked to speak to her!

Usually pretty good. This time delivery said on it’s way yet was way late no tracking for 2:30 delivery then changed said 6pm delivery called said on it’s way door dash delivered then see short one wing they said give the reps name on next delivery for a credit.

I’ve lived in Saint Cloud since 1992 and never tried PaPa John’s. My mom said that she liked your pizza so after being disappointed by a local personally owned pizza shop I decided to try PaPa John’s. Not only was the price reasonable but the pizza was delicious! I’ll be back!
