Ordered pizzas for pickup and was told they’d be ready in 15 minutes. Got to papa johns about 25 minutes after we ordered and pizzas weren’t even in the oven. Was told 10 more minutes. 5 minutes later I was told they were out of onion and asked if I wanted extra chicken on my BBQ chicken pizza instead. They weren’t overly busy that I could tell. But there was only one guy working there.
