Uses door dash, won’t take cash, messed up my order. Was having a big party and it was a big inconvenience. Won’t be ordering from them again. Gave this bull shot story about not usually using door dash they use it every time. If I’m going to spend the money they charge me mines well eat food I want from door dash or go out to eat.

Very disappointed in the pizzas. I ordered 2 pies, 1 w/ meatballs & onions, 1 w/mushrooms & onions. Bread sticks were better then the pizza.The tops were so little not even on the complete pie. No taste very bland. See for yourself, look at the photos. Will not go back.

Ok… They’re not the best pizza but they’re one of the best chains. I owned locations from one of their competitors for over 10 years and still love Papa Johns. Delivery tonight was very fast (It’s a Monday) and everything I ordered was delicious BUT… who made this pizza? The pepers were on only two slices and it’s obvious that whoever made it just didn’t care. Just a handful of peppers slapped on the pie. There were exactly 4.5 slices of mushroom on the whole pizza. I know I’m nit picking. I know this isn’t a huge deal but c’mon. The pizzas were good but I most certainly would not have let that out of my store.

HORRIBLE STAY AWAY!! Just built my house and a brand new driveway. They sent a driver who’s car leaked oil down the entire driveway. They fired the driver and now are refusing to fix my driveway. They simple said sorry there’s nothing we can do. I hired an attorney and now will spend thousands dragging them into court. Hopefully the judge will award me attorneys fees. Horrible company

I got a pizza and chicken bites. I have ordered from this location before and it was ok. This time I got food I would not feed my dog never had anything this bad in my life I made the order on line and picked it up. Never again nothing was made like the order was made no food in my life was this bad. Never again. You should make your food at least part way like your add. I ordered on the app so that there was no way my order could be messed up… WRONG. I ordered half pepperoni and half mushroom, it was even showing properly on the receipt but they put pepperoni and mushroom on the whole pizza.

Came in from out of town & decieded to order pizza. They put in incorrect address & phone number. Never received pizza. When I called, they said we could come pick it up. If I wanted to pick up, I wouldn’t have ordered delivery. Order was cancelled & I was told refund would be back on card in 2 or 3 days. When I asked if they could deliver another pizza, Heather told me if they did, they would have to charge me again. No apology, no discount & no pizza. Would never order from here again. Ok wanted to update and say I talked to Caleb today. He apologized & was going to deliver me a pizza. I told him I would pick it up. If you have an issue, talk to Caleb. He handled my issue in a professional manner. They need more employees like him. Pizza was hot and delicious! Thanks Caleb!

Ordered through doordash it was my first time ordering through doordash for pizza so i called spoke with someone named robert answered my questions well and had good customer service skills i even ended up with 1 extra garlic sauce so ended up with 3 but great food and service i did not have any issues on the phone.
