When I placed my order I was told the delivery person had not yet shown up to work and my order would have to be delivered by DoorDash. Couldn’t pay with cash, had to use a credit card. Delivery was slightly late but that may have been because the pizza making was running behind. Anyway, the pizza was delivered and it is the best tasting pizza I’ve had in a long time ! Tasted fresh, hot, and delicious. Brownies were perfect. Papa John’s order taker was friendly and professional. Will order again.

This location is definitely going downhill. I live 5 minutes away and the last 4 times I have ordered my experience has been horrible. Delivery takes almost 2 hours and the last and final time I will ever order from this location was last week. I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sodas. I ordered online and the app said my order was ready. I arrived to pick it up and walked into total chaos with the manager yelling at an employee over the phone demanding this employees come in early. I waited for 10 minutes until she finally finished her conversation and was told that my order had not been started as they were out of an ingredient. I took off the ingredient they were out of and was told it would be another 20 minutes till my order was ready. They seemed very understaffed for a weekend. I left and came back 20 minutes later and one of my pizzas was already done and in the box getting cold, while the 2nd pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet. Another 10 minutes and the 2nd pizza came out. I stood there for an additional 5 minutes being completely ignored just trying to get my food. Then I got my food and both pizzas were completely wrong. So frustrated at this point I told the manager that I would just take the food and pick off the toppings I didn’t order. I asked for a refund or credit and the manager said she was refunding the order back to my debit card, It’s a week later haven’t seen a refund or credit. I called up there today and was hung up on twice. Terrible service, unprofessional management and staff, restaurant is always disorganized and dirty. All n all worst experience ever! They need to shut down this location! Don’t waste your time or money.

This place is always in a state of chaos. I’ve done business with them three times. Each of those three times the app is malfunctioned and I had to call. Each time that I’ve had to call I’ve been put on hold for more than 15 minutes (40 minutes on one occasion). When you get someone on the phone they courteous and polite, but it’s just too much trouble for mediocre pizza.

Waited over 2 1/2 hours for our order, called the store and talked with the assistant manager, and immediately was told we’re closed and no longer placing orders at 11 PM when I was trying to find out where my order was, I was told it was picked up by DoorDash and delivered but we never received our pizza and was talked to very rudely by the assistant manager I used to work for this business and know how the system works and that was absolutely the wrong way to go about the situation was told that I cannot help you tonight, but in the morning I can talk to the general manager about your order now my family has to go without dinner for the night because the store was no longer accepting orders for the night , I offered that I could come pick the order up and was still told they are not making any more food and that they close their doors at 10 PM and that they didn’t have enough drivers and it was excuse after excuse. Will never order from the store again, and will be talking to corporate about the assistant managers attitude.

This isn’t my first time ordering from this Papa Johns. Usually there is ver great customer service over the phone, today on the other hand, this worker decided to be relatively harsh. While asking for a medium 2 topping pizza i kept getting cut off, and there was a clear tone of annoyance when I went to repeat myself. Other than this one coworker, who relatively made me very annoyed, this Papa Johns always has some relatively good food, and even better pizza. But the should be some heavy revaluation om who is answering the phone.
