We waited 2 hours a day still did not get our delivery. When we called they rudely said it would be another 1.5 hours. Since when does it take 4 hours to get pizza? In that time Domino’s delivered for our kids yet we sit here waiting for food. We will need er order from here again. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous.

I will NEVER order from Papa John’s again. We ordered pizza last Thursday and it was a terrible experience. I ordered at 5:30 and it wasn’t delivered until 8:30. The pizza took 3 hours to be delivered. No apologies or anything. I even called and hour and a half after I placed the order, since they said it would be delivered in an hour, to check the status of order and it was still in the oven. No apologies or explanations. I also ordered extra sauce on the pizza and there was no sauce on it. It was cold when it was delivered and we couldn’t eat it. DO NOT order from this location.

We ordered two pizzas and literally 2 hours later got the pizzas and they were cold. We did not get the drink we ordered or the extra sauces. We tried to stop the driver and let him know but he took off. We called the store and told them hoping they could call him and have them bring it right back. They then call back about 10 minutes later and tell us they are out of the drink we ordered and so we tell them a different one. We never got the drink or extra sauces. Worst experience we have ever had with ordering pizza. Will not order from this location again. Sucks too because we love Papa John’s.
