I placed a online order for a New York style one topping pizza which I ordered the pepperoni and was given only cheese. I explained to the staff that I ordered a pepperoni New York pizza and was told there is nothing they can do I would have to reorder a my pizza and pay for a totally new pizza. I didn’t ask for a refund from the beginning I just asked that my pizza be remade and was told NO. I will never order anything from this Papa Johns again. Staff very disrespectful

Placed an order at 8:30, it finally arrived an hour and a half later. Order was for $35 and so change, had a $50 asked for $10 back Driver didn’t have change and wanted to take my money to store for change. I refused so he took my order back. Called to complain and management hung up on me.

I usually have really good service at this location. Today, however, one of the employees had their two young children in the store with them. As I was trying to come in the store to pick up my order, the young son held the door closed, not allowing me to get in. I had to knock on the door loudly to get him to release it. The child continued to heckle and try to interact with me as I was being checked out (I don’t think these were children of the cashier, perhaps the woman in the back making the pizza). As I was leaving, the child then said, “GET OUT OF PAPA JOHN’S!”

The Epic Stuffed Crust pizza is amazing! Honestly, me & my S/O would prefer the crust first bc it’s that good! I’ve ordered pizza from here multiple times in the past month! I’m totally hooked!
