Pizza was jam up as always, I read through some of the reviews that had issues with management or orders but I didn’t have any such issues. I did order online (and reccomend others do the same for convenience) so my interaction with the staff was brief. Also this location can be a PAIN to get in and out of so watch out if your in a big truck or have a trailer. Overall good experience and will get some pizza from here again.

They blew me away. I always thought I hated papa johns but I wanted to try a pizza bowl since it’s a low carb option. I’ve never seen someone start an order so fast and complete it that fast. It was ready when I pulled up and I was already on my way. Everyone was polite. My order was correct and very very good. I’d come back. I don’t live near this location but it’s going to be hard to go to another one because I had such a good experience. No drama in this store and everyone was busy working and listening to awesome music ! Will be back !

Do not order the new pizzas they come up as trash… Like this… But hey they made the tip and money off of you… All that matters… Just had to call corporate on Meghan I guess that how you spell a wanna be management name. She has no idea at all how to do her job and will let you know it. I will never use this store ever again. No matter what little miss “Meghan” has to say….. Tonight was our third time placing a large last-minute order that I honestly didn’t expect for them to fill but the managers and the crew said it would be no problem at all. I figured there would be long wait but the crew knocked it out much faster than expected and fixed us up with a coupon on top of that. The pizza is always great but the customer service is even more in my opinion.

Absolutely the WORST! Place to get pizza!! Dont waste your time and money. I have been let down over and over but keep trying them because they are close to my house. Im completely done with them now. The pizza is usually good but…. they over charge, are very rude, leave out parts of your order, and generally just dont give a #@$% !

I’ve ordered from this branch for at least the past 13 years and always had great service/food. Obviously over the past year management has changed to someone that couldn’t care less about his customer’s if you had a gun to his head. I’m a business man myself, so i know all about not getting orders correct 100% of the time. However I’ve given this branch more than their fair share of chances. The previous reviews are correct in reference to the ridiculous delivery times, customer service and quality of food. At least the last four times I’ve ordered from here, my pizza was barely warm, the pizza crust was leathery as if it was microwaved and my dessert was also over cooked. To top it off, the last delivery driver i had, had an imperious attitude about him, kind of like he was doing me a favor for delivering a pizza to me. I gave him what i thought to be a generous tip after my two hour wait. I said ” thanks, have a good night” all i got in return was “uh huh”. I wanted to knee cap the guy and take my $8 back. To the manager that owns this place, grow some balls and get your employees under control already.

Ordered delivery to a well known local hotel, 2 hours late delivery arrived, delivery driver said they gave her the wrong address sent her to a closed business. Called the store for 1 hour where I placed my order , no one ever answered the phone, no employee, manager, no way to leave a message. I understand short being staffed, JUST ANSWER THE PHONE AND EXPLAIN!!

Papa Johns in Vestavia Hills, Alabama is awful. I don’t know if the online operator got the order wrong or the ones in the store did. I asked to have no onions on my buffalo chicken papadia but they put them on it anyway. They gave me buffalo sauce with my BBQ papadia. The buffalo chicken papadia tasted like it had cinnamon on it. It was very sweet. When I called to tell them what was going on, Logan acted like he didn’t care at all. I will continue to keep ordering from Domino’s.
