My husband made a very large order on Saturday and paid $ 70 for 1 large thin crust pepperoni pizza, 1 large works pizza with the stuffed crust supposed to have extra mushrooms. It didn’t. We bought a garlic parmesean breadsticks they were just bread. NO seasoning at all. We threw them away. We ordered jalapeño Pappas we didn’t even recieve but DID pay for and a pull apart cinnamon roll bites that were very scrumptipus. The food we did recieve was VERY tasty but the fact that so much was wrong and then I called to see if they would fix it and was put on endless hold. I am not a happy person when I spend that much on ONE meal and get less than what I paid for. I live too far out for delivery from our nearest location so simply going back to get what they forgot takes 20 min one way.

I work at a plant on the river here, and every day or night that we work, we always order out. Well we have ordered here before and there are 16 people on shift we always get a pizza seperate orders. Well our boss felt appreciative and decided to buy our food tonight and we ordered at 8:00 pm they said it would be fine to pick it up in 45 min or so. Well at 8:40 we recieved a call saying they wouldnt make our order cause it was too late and was jamming up their carryout. Said we had to put a 24hr request in wven though we ate here regularly. Tonight they just happen to be too lazy to do their job. Ao definitely lost this shifts service .

They didn’t deliver the pizzas on my daughters birthday. They said they would send the pizzas left out and never made it. I called next day and they said they would issue a credit bc they could not issue a refund. This is the second time this happened to me. So I called today and and the manager was unprofessional. I called corporate and got a refund and submitted a complaint on the manager.

BEWARE, the manager at this location is HORRIBLE. If you have any problem whatsoever she will take forever to answer the phone, and resolve none of your problems. She is rude to customers, extremely rude to her employees(who have better customer service than she does.)and she will hang up on you if you try to disagree with her. She needs to be fired, and I will be calling corporate. Also the last time we ordered food there nothing was cut and the food was not cooked all the way through.

Ordered 1 pizza and 1 calzone. That’s two boxes. They told me it’d take 32 to 42 minutes to deliver. If they’d told me the truth I would’ve told them nevermind. Been waiting 2 hours and still haven’t received my order. I’ll keep you updated. Called the manager and he didn’t seem to care. Maybe it’ll be here by lunchtime tomorrow. -2 stars.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Food was so burnt we couldn’t even eat it. Called to see about remaking it and the manager refused to remake it tonight because they are too backed up then wouldn’t remake anything but the garlic knots which were burnt black and so hard you can’t even bite into them. She wouldn’t even come to the phone just yelled from across the restaurant being very rude. Refused our refund and kept telling the guy on the phone to put me on hold. I will NEVER purchase anything from them ever again! They are ridiculous!
