I placed an order online and went to pick it up, only to find out i didn’t hit the send order though button.. but once the guy looked and seen what happened. He completely understood, not only did he make my food quick and fresh.. he only charged me about half of what my total online was supposed to be.

I walked to the entrance which was locked because I was unaware that they were doing drive thru only. I knocked on the door to ask the nearest employee were they already closed , then her manager(apparently) immediately starts screaming at the employee in a very rude way “quit opening the door!!! Which fearfully forced the employee to shut the door right in my face. Very unprofessional and rude environment.

I typically have no issues here. Today though wow! I ordered online. said 31-41 mins for delivery, Fine. at 59 mins I got a notification saying its been delayed. No kidding lol. at 1hr31 mins it shows up ice cold. I call to have them send me a new one (regardless of time I just want it hot I stated) manager tells me that they did nothing wrong and he could not do anything. Just paid almost 22$ for an inedible pizza. Thanks guys!!

Was sitting at the window for a pick up order for 20 mins honking my horn no one ever came I called then they finally came and said no one put your cookie in so it’s gonna take 5 more mins which it took a good bit longer and my pizza was cold, sad day.

The last 2 times we have ordered they have not delivered our breadsticks. 1st time I called-they delivered them 40 minutes later. Last night when we ordered and they forgot them, I went to pick them up. They were rude when I pulled up to get them at the window. Probably going to be a while before we order again from this store, if we do.

I agree 2022 customer’s. The pickup service sucks. I love Papa John’s but due to a new location move, I haven’t been this year. Never seen service like that ever at Papa John’s. Waiting in drive thru that long with no one in the store. And on time for pickup time P.S. they could do better on the New Papa Bowls ” Does Shaq know about this??☹️

Pizza/food has always been good. Service, cannot say the same. Over the first quarter of 2022 something has changed. February, the website was not working, so I called in an order. Person taking the order was distracted, did not know the menu, but took my card fine. Arrived to pick up, no one at the drive through, doors locked. Went back to drive through and knocked and a man came to the window and said they were closed due to weather. I noted that the earlier storm warning was already canceled and I had paid for an order. He turned around and said, “Oh, then this must be yours” handed me my food. Closed the window and turned out the light. One month later, I order online get notified my order is ready, get to the store and sit in line for 14 minutes. Drove around to walk up, doors are all locked, no signs. Go back to the drive through and finally get to the window where several signs are posted about no ordering at the drive through, etc. I asked why the doors were locked and was told it was due to Covid. No was masked, or gloved. There were no signs as mentioned. Total time to pick up order AFTER it was ready was 23 minutes. It was ordered and completed in less. Probably won’t return.
