Terrible experience. Called to place an order, after finding out the wait time of 55-65 minutes I requested the order to be canceled and they immediately put me on hold. Sat on the line for 10 minutes, called back to cancel the order and was greeted by an extremely rude woman who hung up on me after telling her I wanted my order canceled. Do not recommend.

Worst pizza i ever had from papa johns in muscle shoals store #977 ,ordered Xtra cheese ,hardly any at all ,the toppings were 3 inches from the crust edge, maybe 7 pieces of pepperoni, couldn’t find no bacon and hardly no sausage, oh and this was supposed to be meat lovers stuff crust ,,very disappointed on my 2 pizzas, at 42.91 expected more

I’ve always considered Papa John’s my favorite pizza. The last couple of times I was disappointed in the pizza and bread sticks. Not sure what’s going on but unless it gets better I want be back and I hate to say that with it being my favorite. Bread sticks were bad soggy and tough. Pizza was halfway done with all the garlic sauce leaking through the bread sticks all over pizza box. Just hate it also for the money I spent. Not saying all locations are bad just know my experience at certain location.
