Absolutely the best!! A guy named ERIC seriously gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received!!! He was so kind, he didn’t make me feel like I was just another customer to get out of the way!!! Then COLE answered all my questions over the phone with a great positive attitude, then when I got there showed me equally amazing customer service! Both ERIC & COLE deserve a raise, a reward or at the very least a paid day off and a pat on the back!! You really don’t see much customer service now a days let alone GREAT customer service!!!..not to mention all the people in the back mad phenomenal food I had like 80 dollars worth (got it down to like 62 with the discount & rewards lol) but still that’s alot of food and each item was awesome!!! Will definitely be back alot!!! Thank yall so much!!! I hope you get rewarded for such amazing customer service!!!

We got 3 fantastic pizzas that arrived earlier than anticipated on a busy Sunday afternoon. The driver forgot an item in our order, he called, apologized and immediately returned to deliver the missing item. And he followed delivery instructions to not ring or knock on our door (our dogs will go crazy) and we so appreciate it!

Horrible service. Ordered 2 pizzas, waited 30 minutes, app said still making pizza, with another 80-90 minute additional wait. Called and received no explanation so we canceled the order (they didn’t care at all that we canceled). Dominos from here forward.

I had a simple 3 item order (Chicken parm bites, jalapenos bites, and cheese sticks/bread), with specific sauces to compliment my meal. I did not receive the sauce that I ordered for my cheese sticks (spicy garlic)- the label on my box stated that particular sauce however there was pizza sauce in box. What makes me very annoyed is that if I wanted pizza sauce with my breadsticks then I would have ordered a PIZZZZZA! To add insult to injury, I prepaid the tip for the driver for 25% of the total bill. I Literally paid for bad service. Lesson learned and will no longer order from Papajohns again. The devils in the details. When I ask you if the sauce is in the box, my expectation, especially after tipping, for there to be more effort in service and attention to detail

Call to place order cut off recalled got this call center RUDE PERSON try to assist me DIDN’T LIKE HIS MOUTH SO hung up recalled to see if my order was received before the cut off got a young lady who ask my name and then said let me check and the order was not placed and ask would I like to place gave the ingredients need for my pizza okay no time given for pick up so I called back 40 minutes I was told So pick it up she opened the box asked if this was right I assume because of the extra cheese when we open at home not what I paid for disappointed Call the next morning time talk to manager ShaKelia gave her my order number told her the ingredients was not add to the pizza I was charged for She remade this pizza AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. Horrible experience, delivery time was 32 minutes and after 45 minutes I called to remove tip and was told I couldn’t but they could refund the whole order. I thought the manager was taking responsibility since my order had not arrived and it was in the driver’s car for 30 minutes since the driver passed my house to make other deliveries even though I’m 3 minutes from the store. Then the driver never showed. Called back and the manager told me since I didn’t want cold pizza she canceled it all. Then stated I could reorder and my refund would be 7 to 10 days. Never will i order from this location again and Marcos is on the way with pizza. New management needed is an understatement.
