I will not be ordering from this location again as the quality has significantly decreased. I ordered one pizza which was messed up and they tried to fix it by giving me another one which was burnt and disgusting. What ever happened to “Better pizza, better Ingredients”?? Called and ordered $130.00 worth of pizza. Told it would be delivered in 60 minutes. 2 hours later no pizza. And everytime you call you aren’t connected to the store but instead a call center in India. So they can take your money but can’t help with order issues. Pressed “5” to get connected to the store but it instantly hangs up. Then asked for refund and the guys in India can’t help with that either. Impossible to reach the store. Impossible to get a refund. Ridiculous

I told her I understood and it was fine . I then asked if I could have less pizza she began to scream and berate me !! LONG HAIR BAKED IN PIZZA. Also, they forgot the bacon strips that i paid for. We ate those pizzas anyway cuz we had already waited an hour and a half for the pizzas, its dinner time. So I forgot to call numerous times throughout the week because of normal life stuff. And today I call and the lady who said she’s the assistant general manager said I confused her to why I didnt call before. I told her i took pictures that day. And she says she doesnt know what to do cuz I waited so long and ill have to call her gm tomorrow. No apology or anything.
