Ordered 2 pizzas; and the food was delicious! Staff was very helpful when I called the store to make a minor adjustment as the online system doesn’t allow you to ask for a double cut on the pizza. Delivery driver was nice and practiced social distancing! Thanks Papa Johns you all have redeemed yourselves in my book

Great. I order online with no problems. I usually do the $6 mix and match with 3 boys. One loves pizza, the other wings, and cheese sticks. My order is always ready on time and accurate. Pizza hut I wait in line or at the window for at least 15 mins sometimes 30 and then 90% of the time my order is incorrect.

Really, Papa? Extra large used to signify more of everything. In this case we got single digit pepperoni and paper thin crust! Very disappointing! The quantity and quality of the pizza is slipping. I’m sure shrinkflation affects the size of pizza but does the quality really have to change? Papa John’s used to be out favorite choice for years due to it being the best pizza around but it seems to have changed across the board regardless of location. Our family will be trying a different brand next time. Sadly it’s arrivederci, Papa John’s ☹️

Cold pizza late delivery. No garlic butter and I am thinking the delivery guy was drinking? I told the girl I wanted a sausage and pepperoni. She said $22 Then she said she had a meat loversspecialty pizza for 13.99 I said give me the meat lovers. They brought the wrong pizza and charged me 21.72. it was horrible!

I LOVE mah Papa John’s family! Especially the connection between me and my brother Ethan. ain’t nobody evuh gonna challenge our love! We all pick our noses and make pizzas, and we smoke weed when we’re delivering them to your front door! We’re PAPA JOHN’s baby – better ingredients, better pizza. They put me on hold for 15 mins before I finally hung up. Called them back and before they could tell me to “hold”I told the guy I had been on hold for 15 mins already. He told me they were busy..I drove over to the restaurant and there were only 2 cars there! Those 2 cars belonging to the 2 employees that was on duty. I will be giving my services to Pizza Hut from now on.

The customer service over the phone really sucks I called them 14 times and every time I called I was place on hold by a female for 30 minutes or more every time nobody ever took my order I wouldn’t recommend anybody to them for service it really sucks. This was done to me for two hours of being told to hold on and my order wasn’t even taken.

Absolutely rude customer service. Had an order delivered to the hotel and the woman hung up right after I placed my order so it wasn’t paid for. So I had to call back once the pizza got there. The delivery driver didn’t get a tip, unfortunately, because I couldn’t do it on the phone.
