Quite different from my previous experiences. Tonight the pizza crust seems to be missing some key ingredients. The crust on both pizzas is tough to chew and lacks taste. They definitely need to investigate what is going on because they will lose business if thru keep this up.

Let me just start off by saying pizza is my favorite food! And this was my first time coming to Papa John’s in Saraland. And now it will be the only pizza place I go to! Not only was my pizza deliciously made but everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful. Upon arrival the store was very clean and you could see the manager working alongside his employees which is very nice nowadays because they usually sit in the office.. Great work everyone I will be back!

Tried them 3 times since opening. The dough is trash. My last order was carryout and I learned why. They have about 20 premade crusts sitting on racks in open air. Its hard and chewy. Better off with frozen pizzas
