The customer service is friendly, outgoing & professional. As for me specifically, I was pleased that the Papa Johns Team informed me that they would delay the making of my pizza so I could go to Starbucks to get my drinks. That was a big deal for me because I always eat last & I haven’t had hot pizza in several years when I’m not dining in a restaurant. The service here has always been great but its hit or miss with the quality of pizza. Not sure if its due to the person making them or what. When its good the pizzas come out great… but I’ve had other times here where the cheese and sauce are not even on the pizza, crust is smashed and extremely thin.

I made an order and it never arrived, after almost 2 hours I call and they tell me that my order was delivered and it was never like that, they changed the boy 4 times and I never received the pizza, they still tell me that the pizza was delivered and I see the last one girl like picking up my order in the application and the solution after 2 hours, sorry we refund your money, hello I wanted pizza not money.

I’m visiting here from Texas and decided to order some pizza and wings. I called in since my account info is all Texas addresses. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and professional. I had a taste for pizza so I thought I would give Papa John Pizza (Tiny Town) a try since I’m new in the area. I got the pizza home and noticed the top of the pizza was melted but the rest of the pizza was not fully cooked. I wasted $$$ and gas. It was not worth me wasting my gas to take the pizza back. Lesson Learned!
