We ordered tonight and didn’t get our food delivered for 1.5 hours. Then when we got it there was no dorito dust on our papadias and two of the papadias where not made properly. We called to get it fixed and reached the call center who then had to transfer us to the store. The store would not answer and so the call center gave us a second number to call. That phone number no one answered either. At this point we just wanted a refund. Yet no one answered our calls. We also didn’t get a receipt, no apology from the delivery driver, not the right food, and no way to get this resolved.

My pizza was burnt on the top and bottom. My wings were undercooked. And when I called I could clearly hear the manager in the background asking what order I was calling about. And proceeded to put me on hold. I will not order from this one again. The last 2 times I have ordered from this location it has been a bad experience. I don’t know if it’s because I choose not to pay my tip online but in person or what their problem is at this location..

Not only did the delivery person not deliver the pizza but no sauce in box. We did get a refund but doesn’t do much when you have traveled 9+ hours on holiday and you had to go to the store for the refund.

Ordered my pizza online . Typical time for delivery was 45-55mins normal time for a weekend no problem. After 1hr 30 checked my status my order was canceled. Called store was told doordash picked up my order and canceled it and was never delivered. Was told my refund would come 3 days or more . And to order again if I wanted my food . First off shouldn’t of been opted out to doordash and second someone from the store should have called to inform me when it was canceled. Asked to talk to a manager. Put on hold and then hung up on . What happen to customer service

Ordered stuffed crust cheese that had NO CHEESE, AWFUL. You could also see were the crust itself had bubbled up due to no topping. The pepperoni pizza we also ordered was ok, but not worth the amount we paid. I’ll stick with Jets from now on. At least the delivery man was friendly.

Order pizza before there closing time 45minuts before closing and I live right down the road from the place got a email 45 minutes later say my order was cancelled and that they tried contacting me my phone was on loud and sitting right beside me no one call me so I tried calling and would not answer tryed calling again and still no answer the time at that point was 10 minute before closing so now my kids have to go with out food and that nice to have to try and figure something out now that everything is closed I we’ll never order from this place again the first time this has happened the last time my pizza was flipped upside down in the box is is messed up I we’ll be going to the corporate office or the franchises office tomorrow and the GM we’ll know about it as well

First the pizza took and hour and 45 minutes to arrive. Second it was ice cold at that point. I added extra topping on a 14 inch white pizza. Barley had any white sauce and ver sparse topping for a$24 pizza. With fees and tip $35. Super disappointed. First time been disappointed with papa John’s.
