Since it won’t let me erase the bad review I’ll leave the REAL one,as of present they have gotten rid of the rude employees and they have stepped thier delivery time.They have accommĺodating and polite managers.I can’t say that I’m a fan of thier DM as I have witnessed him speaking less than professionally to employees in store considering its a very small store makes it easy to heiar things.Personally,I think that the women that are in charge of this store are doing an excellent job and if they weren’t tĺhere I’d go to pizza hut instead.Employees stayqq lateĺr than scheduled bc ppl dont show up on time or call or anything, they stay and ensure that thier store is Clea and running smoothly bc these women have shown me (without even knowing btw)that they take pride in thier store and thier ability to serve to the community in a timely and professional an polite manner. Hands down ,best pizza place in town….as long as these women have control it.without them,I won’t eat from there

Ordered from here multiple times. Delivery estimates very unreliable. Food very unreliable. Have gotten the wrong orders on several occasions. Once wait 3 hours for a delivery order and when I called the store the person who answered the phone said the delivery driver left with all the orders????????? When we ordered it tonight the pizza we got had 2 inch wide crust and was very flat (ordered the original crust). Our Buffalo boneless wings had barely any sauce.

Awesome service every time! I, too, ordered the first day they opened. Yes, there was a bit of a wait, however that’s expected. Ordered 2 carry out pizzas and 2 sides. The app said the order was ready, so we went to the store but we stood in the hot lobby for over half an hour waiting because it wasnt actually done. When we were told the last pizza was being cut, it still took a long time before we got our food. People who got there way after us came, paid, And left even after our food was ready, they just wouldn’t hand it to us. Maybe it’ll get better once it’s been open longer, but it was a ridiculous wait and poor service today.

I placed an order online as a future order. However, when I completed checkout, it defaulted to being ready in the next 20 minutes. I called the store, and they were amazing. They were completely understanding and super nice, canceled the order, and put it in for the next day like it was supposed to be. When I went in the next day, it was ready to go. 10/10 service.

Never do I ever leave bad reviews, but today has been the worst experience with Papa John’s ever. I called for assistance with my order since it was incorrect, our pizza wasn’t right, we didn’t get our extra sides, and the pizza was not cut. When I called for a new pizza and told them I just wanted to exchange it for what I ordered, I heard the new “manager” and an employee arguing in the back ground and revived no help. He laughed when we got off the phone. I’m so disappointed in our Papa John’s.

Opening night was a disaster. Waited over 2 hours. Told twice my order was being made and coming out in 15 minutes. Never got pizza that night. Decided to order again tonight. It was great. 2 pizzas and a papadia. Excellent food and the lady at checkout was friendly.

Ordered a large thin crust the works online for take out. Get home with the pizza and there is no pepperoni, mushrooms, or black olives on the pizza. I called the store selected the option to talk to a manager and got an employee. I asked what was on the works?!? She told me everything that is on it and everything I listed that was not on the pizza should’ve been on the pizza. This was my 1st time ordering from here and I’m disappointed.
