ordered online and it said 32 – 42 minutes and i live close. took an hour to get here though it was out the oven for at least 25 minutes before it went out for delivery. so it is cold. simple order. LIGHT cheese, pepperoni and salami. there is so much cheese on top and it was barely melted so when i tried to take some off it just came off in clumps. now i remember why i don’t order from here anymore. waste of my hard earned money. a tortinos woulda been better.

I usually let things pass…..not this! I going to call corporate as well as write this posting. 1.Let’s start with the pizza it looked as if it rolled around it the back seat of the drive’s car. 2. I called the location and asked for the manager (BIG MISTAKE) Alexis stated she was the manager, I explained to her what the pizza looked like, she told me I don’t think the driver would do anything to it. 3. I asked if I could send her some pics.(No!) She asked for the delivery address and told me looks as if I get pizza and only pay the delivery fee. Since she went there..miss smart self! If I am able to use points all the time that means I order a lot (common sense miss manager) 4. So, instead of just saying I apologize about the way the pizza was delivered she wants to tell me and my purchase history which is not the point (miss manager) I never asked for anything. Oh yeah, It was burnt as well! And Alexis also stated when I told her I was going reach out to the GM and Corp. she would give me the number…Don’t have a Excellent Customer Service 101 1.Listen 2. Apologize 3. Offer something 4.Solution : A company CAN’T fix a problem if it is never addressed. It is a shame that Amy the General Manager is away and small things like this happen. She may need to be re-trained in customer service! And yes I’m going to add pics everyone can see the proof. And it is sad that I was mistreated over a pizza…..Thank you I will go hungry next time!

In September of 2022, I placed an online order that was partially delivered. I contacted the store to let them know I did not receive all of my order. The employee I spoke with relayed what had happened to the manager then informed me that the missing items could be delivered with my next order since I was not willing to wait another hour for delivery that night. I placed another online order tonight and called the store to ask them to please add the missing items from my previous order. After speaking with multiple employees, I was told they would not give missing items from my prior order since there was not a note on my account. No big deal, but I politely informed the employee that I will not be ordering ever again based on the principle. I asked her what I should have done to prevent this from happening, and her response was that I did everything right, but the employee should have left a note and since there was not a note on my account, they could not just give me free food. I was floored. The supervisor told me that he was texting the GM so my advice is to get pizza elsewhere. 0 Accountability at this location.

TERRIBLE delivery service. My family and I placed an order over 2 hours ago. The estimated delivery time was 50-60 minutes, which is not a problem. A little after an hour goes by and we begin to wonder where our dinner is, so we check the tracker and it shows that the driver is delivering another order… absolutely alright…

I do not suggest this location if you are getting delivery. I ordered 3 pizzas 1 was a large thin crust pepperoni extra cheese no sauce at 11:20ish I did not get my pizza till 1:57. After this long wait I recieved 3 cold pizzas and mine the no sauce 1 had sauce I managed to get ahold of the facility before the closed at 2 and nicely told them hey this is what happened and they gave me credit for the wrong pizza. I again ordered today I only had to wait about 30 min and my pizza was here but again with sauce and cold they even tried to charge me a delivery fee again. I know it seems like sauce not on a pizza doesnt sound like a big deal but that’s two pizzas gone 2 waste because I cant stand red sauce.

Had a debate with the family. I wanted Papa John’s and wife wanted Marco’s. I won out and we had Papa John’s… what a mistake. Order a regular crust cheese pizza and a regular crust pepperoni. When it finally did arrive, it was burnt, crust didn’t even seem to rise. Took soo long to get, the wife didn’t even want me to call and complain. It was so burnt and hard it won’t even tear apart. Should have listened to the wife. Papa John’s if you want to talk about trying to win us back over… just reply.. otherwise it’ll be Marco’s for now on.
