I live .3 mile from the store and have been a long time customer. It took 1.2 hrs to get food I did not order. I did not get the dipping sauces you charge for, my pizza was cold and soggy when I ordered well done. I got bone in wings when I ordered boneless. Frustrated!! This is different than past service. Something has changed. Not happy!!

Reduced my rating from a 5 star to a 1. The general manager knowingly sold dough to make at least 600 items between 05/08/23-05/10/23. Potentially 1,000s of expired dough balls used that week alone. Instead of rectifying the situation they stated they are not to be bothered on their day off.

Terrible experience here. Not even round. Very poorly cut, not hot, skimpy toppings. You complain and they never get back to you. Thats supposed to be a Hawaiian pizza and a bacon one. 6 days ive been trying to contact the corporate people, 6 days they have been saying they would get in touch in 48 hours. Very poor pizza. Not sure what is going on at this location but seems like they need new management or possibly all new staff. Food was okay but the service was terrible, I had to repeat myself many times placing my order and then one of our pizzas was made wrong. I called and talked to the manager and he was very strange and robotic about the situation. I can only give 2 stars overall for this experience.

When I arrived I noticed they made the pizzas were wrong and asked for them to be redone. I was told by the manager Madison that it would take 10 min… 20 min later after hearing all the laughter in the back, I asked if it was ready. A young man came up front and handed me the pizzas. I asked to speak to the manager and he came back and told me she said have a good night… poorly managed facility

A former manager for the Papa John’s commented on here, giving excuses for the poor service and long delivery times. I find that odd since none of the other pizza places in town have these issues of 2+ hour deliveries. Pizzas can be put in and taken out of the oven every 5 minutes in your oven. Drivers take more the 2 pizzas. You sell more pizzas, can then afford to be pay more drivers. Simple business.

Something about the dough at papa John’s is my favorite part. My pizza was a little cold but not to bad. Pizza didn’t look bad just isn’t my go to. I’d stick to basic cheese or pepperoni. I’ll be back to give the NY style a shot. Last minute the family’s hungry, this is a good option. Better than some other fast pizzas in town.
