Nasty! Seriously. We waited 20 minutes, and our order wasn’t even started. It took 3 people to continue to ask for the name on the order. Tristan the manager ran such a horrible shift. Everyone was on their phone. Tall guy making food continue to wipe his nose on his shirt, and then rub his hands down his shirt. I mentioned the place is operated horribly to Tristian. He responded, because they are recovering from bad management yet its still horrible. I asked for peppers he leaves the cash register without washing his hands, and sticks his hand into the container. Just Nasty! I mean whattttt..i told him ill be calling corporate! His response was they are privately owned so calling corporate wouldnt make a difference. They are just nasty, and filthy seriously. And my pizza’s look like a child made them. Never again will i order here. Will be contacting the BBB! I want my money backkkkkkkkk! Trash it all went !

We ordered delivery and it took over an hour to arrive and when it finally arrived one pizza box was collapsed and when I opened it the toppings for half of the pizza were stuck to the lid of the box. We tried to call the store to explain and get a replacement but it kept going to a call center who tried to transfer us with no luck. So I drove to the store with the ruined pizza and asked for it to be fixed and the guy working was like well it will be over an hour because I have other orders. So I said well the other part of our order is cold now since I had to drive up here after paying for delivery so I would like a refund for this pizza and he said he can’t do a refund to our card (which seems ridiculous) but will credit our account (never happened). I’m sympathetic to places not having enough employees but the way in which he was just uncaring and really unapologetic about what happened was what really made me disgusted about the whole thing. Horrible customer service and we won’t be ordering from here again. I’m really hoping this guy wasn’t management.

I received food poisoning from here yesterday. I have been throwing up all night. Called to ask for a refund and to let them know so no one else gets sick and the manager James decides to argue with me although I remained calm and said they do not give refunds and my concern is basically irrelevant and hung up on me. I will never give my business to them again. STAY AWAY.

Ordered boneless bbq wings and they just squirted a line of bbq sauce down the wings, then caught an attitude with me when I called to ask about it. Don’t recommend this place at all, have had constant issues and this crossed the line.

Have ordered from this Papa John’s for a number of years, being the only pizza place they delivers in Cross Plains. I ordered a pizza online at about 9:15pm, tipped them and all, and got a pizza that even my kid said tasted not all the way cooked. It’s almost like the dough isn’t cooked. And of course, it was so close to closing I wouldn’t even call them back because what are they going to do at 10pm? Really sad about this

Pizza never shows up even after 2 to 3 hours. I was quoted 40 minutes the 3 seperate nights I tried to order. The one time they did bring our food they just left it on the porche with no knock at the door or doorbell. I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes trying to figure out where the food my family is waiting for 3 hours ago is. They could atleast let us know they are not coming so we could get other food.

I ordered a pizza online and I gave them my address to my work and called them cuz it was 45 minutes until my pizza was on the way! I had it on Papa Track! They said at first my pizza wasn’t in the rack and that it was on the way! I waited 15 mins and looked again and it said delivered so I called again and they said I sent them to a field and acted like I was going to rob them! The person on the phone was absolutely rude! Then said my order was voided and I said well this is your fault I want a credit and they said no there’s nothing we can do and hung up the phone! They have brought me pizza to this address before and no problems until this time! So I checked the address to make sure I gave them the right one and called them back! They were consistently rude and did not offer to even make me another order over the phone! Then I asked for a corporate number and they got on the phone and said this ain’t a corporate store bro and hung up the phone!

Wasn’t near Springfield but was White House on drive home. So we ordered from White House Papa John’s. I now remember why we stopped ordering from this location. Ordered a XL extra sauce with pepperoni, onion, bell peppers, tomatoes and olives on half of pizza.
