It is no exaggeration for me to say they get some part of my order wrong 100 percent of the time. Sometimes it is wrong pizza toppings, sometimes it is missing items (particularly sauce cups), sometimes it is improper preparation (for example, garlic knots with zero sauce, so they are just overcooked wads of flavorless dough). I think I will not return to this location even though I have been hoping for a good experience from them for the past three years. It just hasn’t happened. To me, it seems that the people working at this location just don’t care that they aren’t preparing the orders accurately. I spoke to one manager a while back who was very helpful, but other than that what I have observed is that the employees have little to no commitment to their work, but they sure do have a lot of attitude.

Last Thursday night, I paid for my order online, as did three other cars in line. The store never got any of our orders. Things happen, but instead of going ahead and making our orders or refunding us at least, the two ladies working inside the store shut the window, locked the door and walked off! They left four customers waiting outside after paying, and didn’t even try to help resolve the situation….. I’ve never experienced anything like that before. How do you do this and keep your job?…….

The ingredients tasted cheap (plasticky cheese and dry bread). I got the “super Hawaiian” but it had less topping than what I would expect from a normal ham and pineapple pizza. It must just be this location because there is not way every Pappa John’s tastes like this.

People are rude. Ordered extra sauce twice, giving them a second chance because they were busy the first time, and failed to add. Also the crust isn’t cooked like every other PJ’s location. We will find another location or switch to Jett’s pizza.

Order from this location and on my papa bowl I ordered No onions and it had alot in it. I can understand like one or two onions but not this much. I can’t have onions due to the fact they make me sick this is ridiculous. I did try and pick them out but I know I ate a couple before I noticed they were in there.

The employees could really care less about helping anybody. At the counter, they will let you stand there and stare a whole thro you Before they ever ask? Can I help you? If you can bet your dollar if you go towards them orders, you have somebody right there then, twice tonight. 4 orders haven’t even been made, AND they were supposed to be there in 6 minutes.

Absolute worst customer service! Call the first time to make an order only for them to hang up on me halfway. When finally making an order of getting there they gave me a disgruntled look only the head back in and come back telling me the order was never made!
