Ordered online for pick-up at this location. It was an easy drive, and we came at the time it was estimated to be ready. We came by the drive-thru, but ended up waiting over 5 minutes for the employee to speak to us, despite that we were the only one at the drive-thru. That employee appeared to be handling another customer at the lobby. Understaffing issues maybe?

What is going on with this place? It takes roughly 90 minutes to get deliveries now from a location that’s 15 minutes away. The driver is always apologetic but friendly. Tonight we placed a “Call Ahead” order for 7pm. We received an online confirmation email at 5:53pm. Called at 7:15pm to see how far out our delivery was… “If it’s not there in 15 to 20 minutes, give us a call back.” I try to explain it’s a call ahead order, I get a Brady, I believe the name was (assuming it’s the shift manager?), who tells me their print ticket shows they received the order at 6:30pm and that they cant get a delivery out to us within thirty minutes. I explain the time our order was sent, he talks over me and tells me thirty minutes is not sufficient time to expect a delivery, have a nice night and wait for the order.. click, hangs up. Getting tired of receiving discounts for pizza that comes laye because the driver gets “lost,” cold, breadsticks that look like dumb bells, wrong orders, orders that are deliviered to the wrong house in our neighborhood, etc. None of these things will ever change if this location doesn’t deep dive into the causes of these ongoing issues…

Worst pizza ever ordered with hardly any cheese. Before we ordered online one large pizza, we would leave a $4 or $5 tip through paypal and everything was fine, plenty of cheese. But last time we ordered, the driver was rude, so we decided to leave cash tip instead. This is what we got (pic). Called the manager Bryan, and he was saying they put “light cheese” on them, really!

So had a game day party and they had some issues but the team here was Amazing and corrected everything and the young lady and manager and driver were very kind and apologetic. Ordered a 6 cheese pizza and received a normal cheese pizza, also was missing both dipping sauce for my other sides then called the manager and it was some prissy girl telling me that this is the 6 cheeses when there’s clearly nothing but a regular cheese pizza.. Said I was lieing… Be aware this isn’t the first time but will be the last time. Save yourself the trouble! And someone fire this girl that’s the manager!! I know it’s hard to keep employees but papa John’s can’t be this desperate!
