Husband ordered extra large All the Meats pizza & 16 wings, I ordered a garden veggie Papa Bowl. The food was hot, fresh, and delivered in a timely manner. Deliverer was friendly as well. My only complaint is that the bowl ingredients were so thin, a person would have to eat 3 of them in order to feel full (refer to the pics). While I love PJ’s pizzas, when I want a pizza bowl, unfortunately Marco’s it is.

Ordered pizza to have delivered to hotel. Never got a worst pizza from papa john’s. All the toppings were dumped in the middle. The dough was baked so hard it was black in areas. Being as though I was eating the pizza in a hotel room. It would have been nice if they cut the pizza. So it actually comes apart in pieces. It’s obvious they do not care about the quality of their food or the customer eating it. Shack, Is this the kind of pizza joint you’re running.

Been ordering from this Papa John’s for years. Ordered online but portal would not accept Kids First book coupon. Ordered as usual and presented coupon (photo1) at counter. Counter representative said cannot apply to stuffed crust. I contested that no such reference is made on the coupon print (only ordered 1 stuffed crust). The representative spoke with another employee and he shook his head. Apparently Papa John’s does not support local schools, or is willing to lose 22.73 (2 pizzas), or my business forever. Maybe it is all three. Posting a picture of the coupon and store front for reference.

Delivery was quick as always,driver friendly. The first time I ordered waa a couple of months ago. My pizza was burnt on the bottom,the whole pizza. The second time I ordered about a week ago,I paid $28 for a supreme small pizza with about 6 slices not including the tip,and the vegetables weren’t even cooked all the way,pizza was cold. I will not be ordering Papa John’s ever again. They cost too much for the food not to be cooked right

We ordered a pizza with a specialty crust but realized when we got home the pizza didn’t have it. Of course we were disappointed and called to let them know what had happened ~ they were super nice and gave us our next pizza for FREE because of the mistake! I had called this location after being told by another location that they do not deliver out to my area (even though they had been able to do it prior). I can live with this one being out of my range, but the service given to me by the representative over the phone was terrible. I asked if they knew why the other location no longer delivered out to my area, to which they stated that, “then I guess there aren’t any Papa Johns that will deliver out to your place.” The tone and message was very rude. I know that this is a pizza place, but maybe they should do some more training with their phone etiquette.

I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and the service I received today was by far the worst customer service ever and plus my pizza was poorly made. I will never go back to that location ever again the manger was rude and unprofessional. She told me it’s not her job to advertise pizza specials and that she didn’t care about providing good customer service and she refused to give me her name.

The app for some reason picked up this location for my delivery order which wasn’t the workers fault. Anyways I asked if I could have it transferred to another store(lee hwy) and they said they couldn’t do that but could cancel it and I could go somewhere else. I didn’t want to do that because that would be another 35ish charged on my card. I said I would just do it as a carry out. The manager didn’t know where the store was and when I got there she had still cancelled my order. I have yet to get a refund and I ordered Monday. Oh and I didn’t get a receipt either.
