When u make aure 3 times that ur order placed w customer service on the phone is accurate u expect it to come home accurate but it does NOT at this store unless u order there and wait inside on it. The mgr there was very rude and hateful when i tried to address the concerns ab 1 of the items. He says thats how it made and if u dont like 8t don’t order it anymore. The 2 pizza bowls were orderes wo peppers of any kind on eother and guess what they were piled up w it.. If u want a good product made to the expectations papa johns owner promised do NOT go to this store.

Papa Johns Pizza continues to compete, and remain a solid pizza food product. Thanks, in part to their Reorganizing. You didn’t know ? They put Shaq in charge for a little while. The past is now the present. Moving on..This is great if you like pizza period. Life is Bigger than pizza. We can recover, and all get along . The food is the fun delicious .The social implications are even better. I think the crust along is good by itself. In this case order the bread sticks, with dipping sauce. Okay you want more then order the Bacon Barbecue large pizza . The Supreme is my personal favorite delicious .If you are really hungry order The New Yorker. It’s Hugh omg ! These pizza wars are crazy all over the Scenic City . At the end of the day it makes our city more fun to venture out. I could name some of their competitors. This is not about them. This is about Papa John’s Pizza . They definitely can hold their own. One of my former schools order a whole lot of their Pizzas. They were for a High School Basketball game . Guess what ? Those fans , and public almost finished them off before halftime. Say what ! They ended up ordering a lot more before the game was over whew ! Called in a delivery order and received a confirmation stating delivery. They even asked if we wanted no contacted or not. 1hour later called to check on it. They said that it wasn’t delivery and that it was carry out and it was tossed since we didn’t go and get it . The only reason we called was because the website wasn’t working. They need to make it clear that they don’t want to offer delivery anymore instead of charging people for pizzas they will never receive.

I roder a super simple pizza the order gets messed up and the management has the nerve to say that they can’t do anything about it. I used to work at papa johns the quality of the employees has really gone downhill and I’m ashamed I ever worked for a company that treats its paying customers so badly.

Never had bad experience but called 42 min before closing to the south end of hixson pike location they took my order gave me a time and never showed them realized they took my order and gave me a time to deliver town to the min that I just realized when they closed now almost 2 hrs l8er and haven’t received a phone or anything to me this is poor managenment Nd many other now almost 3 hours in still have no pizza and their closed this needs to be addressed

This location forgets my extra garlic sauce every single time I order pizza. What is so hard about looking at a receipt before sending the delivery guy out with an order? If you’re a delivery guy, look at the receipt before you leave to make sure you have everything. I usually call before my order is sent out to remind them. Now their line is disconnected and not only could I not call to remind them to do their job but I also cant get a hold of anyone for a refund for the 4 extra sauces I ordered. Can someone please call me and refund my $2? Yeah it’s petty, but I also had to eat my pizza last night without the delicious garlic sauce, so I would likey $2 refund at the very least.
