Called because they didn’t drop my food at my apartment and after some back and forth of me being calm and just trying to figure out which apartment he dropped at, the “manager” then screamed at me calling me a liar. Saying “I just want a refund” I was waiting at the door and no one ever showed up to MY door. VERY unprofessional, the manager shouldn’t be in this line of work. Tried explaining all the buildings look the same and still was getting yelled at the entire time then hung up on. Do better.

All and all a great pizza! This one’s described as a New York style. Not too far off. I added red pepper flakes and grated Parmesan, now it’s legit! My only gripe is that it substantially lost temperature upon arrival. I live in the neighborhood right behind this location so I was surprised by it’s cool temperature. After reheating it in the oven at 350° it was a superior experience!

It took 57 minutes to deliver a simple pepperoni/sausage pie, was told 30-40 minutes, I live 3 miles away. The pizza was cold. When I called, I was informed by the Manager that, that was the reason for the reheating instructions on the box. Called the main office twice informing them of the problem was told 2x that someone from corporate would call me back…it’s been over a week and I’m still waiting for that call…

Unsanitary.. I ordered one pizza at the front desk and waited inside store. I cannot help but watch pizza dough guy with hairy arms, no gloves, spinning dough with dirty hand and hairy arms touching it all. Pizza dough after pizza dough. Then seen other guy rubbing his nose, and then touch the pizza dough to put toppings on it, all without gloves. The whole area was just not sanitary. It gross me out while waiting for the pizza. Finally got the pizza, took it home, my daughter ate pizza, then spit it out and lost her appetite cuz there was hair in it. And I know exactly where it came from. So gross. Will never go back.
