The food is always amazing. The service is good 95% of the time, but in the weekends and holidays the service is much slower due to the rush of customers. The only time this store is tough to endure is when they have a new person on the computer as a cashier.

Called to place a pick up order. Lady on the phone said 10-20 minutes. When I got there the guy told me 45/55 minutes. It wasn’t his fault the people taking the orders don’t know what the hell is going on. Went across the street to pizza hut got pizza & cheesy breadsticks in 15 minutes. Hot & fresh. Be a long time before we try to order Papa John’s again.

Tried to place carry out order online but it would not process my payment. Tried to call to place order. Person that picked up told me I had to call back and select 3 to place a new order. ( which I did the first time). Called back and got the same rude guy telling me I had to call the call center. I asked him how and he said he had no idea but he can’t take orders. Ordered ahead by over an hour, arrived to nothing being ready. 2 out of 4 employees not wearing masks. Lobby does not require social distancing. Entry says maximum of 2 customers and that masks are required. Customers are to retrieve their own 2 liters with no one sanitizing or cleaning up after them. This would be 1 star but the cashier was extremely apologetic.

Pizzas were supposed to be done in 90 minutes. We picked it up 40 minutes after ordering. Got it home & it was cold & looked like it had been sitting a while. Took both pizzas back & the manager(Austin) looked at them, said I can’t help you, & walked away. Then ignored us when asked why we were paying $45 for cold pizzas. Imagine if we had actually waiting the whole 90 minutes

I thought I ordered the works pizza with the original garlic parmesan flavored crust. Also ordered it with extra cheese. Instead it was the cracker crust pizza. It was by far, the worst pizza I ever tried to eat. The extra cheese was dumped on one side of the pizza while the other side had no cheese. They have 2 different garlic parmesan crust flavors. One is flavor for regular crust then also the nasty crust. I also found out that for the cost of extra cheese,you only get 1/2 cup for $2.00. Let’s just say I doubt I want pizza from there ever again.

I always order from this and have not ever experienced a problem until now. Last week on the 6th, I ordered a large half cheese and half pepperoni pizza. And the pizza only came with three slices of cheese pizza while the rest of it was pepperoni. I called the manager took my name and was willing to give us a free pizza, but never gave us a date as to when we would need to come and get it. Me and my brother wanted pizza tonight and since the manager was willing to give us another pizza we called them and since it’s been a little over a week now, the manager all of a sudden decided that there’s nothing they can do for us. This completely frustrates me and makes me upset. Bad customer service on their end and not willing to work with their loyal customers. What a shame in this company. I may start ordering else where.

On 3-14-23 I arrived at Papa Johns in Gray and was told I had a 15-20 minute wait. I didn’t mind that, because stuff happens. However, there was an employee who complained loudly about customers showing up early, about how there system is broken, and how the times on pizza prep makes him look bad. I had to listen to this the entire time I was there. If you must complain, don’t do it in front of customers.

Pepperoni pizza and garlic knots were WONDERFUL, not to mention my fiance was in and out in less than 2 min if that, and proceeded to tell me that Mike, the one who served him, did everything so well and he was also going to leave a review. Adding the perfect garlic knots in a photo, I ate a bunch. Haha.
