We ordered food on the app for delivery and the order was accepted at 8:30 pm. We ordered garlic knots, wings, jalapeño poppers. The delivery time was supposed to be at 9. We got them right after 10! The garlic knots were burnt and cold, the jalapeño poppers were doughy and cold. The wings were okay but not great. They also failed to include the extra sauce we ordered. This is the second time we’ve had serious delays on delivery and the quality of the food was bad the last time, but we were hoping! Needless to say this is the last time we’re ordering!

Why even have a store number? Called to see what specials they had for carryout. The AUTOMATED system couldn’t understand me so hung up on me. Called back and said “human being” and was finally connected to the store. When I asked him for the specials, I was informed that “those are done online or by the call center”. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!? Called back and finally got the call center. The dude didn’t even speak English but I’m supposed to believe that he would get my order correct? NOPE! This is why people won’t have jobs sooner than later. Everything is gonna very handled by computers and robots!

I laughed a little when I read reviews for papa John’s now that papa has been booted out. The Parmesan crust pizza was pretty bad… The staff was incredibly indifferent, one was smoking out in front of the store. To top it all, when you call the store you are sent to an Indian call center and not the store. It seems like they must have had mom McKinsey and co come in and make some ‘adjustments’

The worst place to get pizza. The manager working was the only guy there, he was very rude, my pizza was burnt on the bottom and it was cold, i paid for topping and I hardly had any, didn’t give me any of the sauces I needed. I live 5 min down the road from papa johns after placing the order I got in the car and went to pick it up and waited so why is my pizza cold. I called and told him about my pizza and he didn’t care. I have a handicap uncle who has had a stroke and he couldnt eat the pizza. He tells me bring it back. I’m sorry sir but I’ve been outside working and that the only thing I’ve had and I spent 30 on pizza I’m not going to waste 30 dollars. There staff over all dont care about there jobs. Because of there bad service and they didn’t care that I had handicap uncle that lived in my home I will be taking this to the news and I will be talking to the owner and the man who owns the shopping center. I’m tired of bad service. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS PAPA JOHNS. I have talked to corporate office and the owner will be calling me.

This place is an absolute joke. Delivery driver got mad and started cussing us because he couldn’t figure out how to open our gate. Pizza showed up over cooked not cut and all of our extra sauces we paid for and our 2 liter was left out. And this is by far NOT first incident we have had with this place. 9 times out of 10 the pizza is awful anymore. Papa John’s use to be my favorite place to get pizza at but At this point unfortunately I have to give up on it and go on the hunt for a new pizza place. RIP pappa johns. You are not the ssame. I ordered a pizza it was Hawaiian BBQ the barbecue didn’t even look like barbecue sauce. when I wrote a complaint on their website they told me that I should get ahold of the store so I did. & apparently I’m supposed to know the rules that the district manager has about refunds, because they told me they couldn’t give me a refund unless I had gotten in contact with the store the same day I had a NEVER EVER GOING BACK.
