Tried to order pizza by calling in, and I spent 30 minutes on hold at 11 am. I will never try again. Can’t comment on the food cause I never got a chance to order. Absolutely disappointed. Our pizza was delivered to a non existent address. As functioning humans we know to use a correct address when ordering but I guess that doesn’t matter when the delivery driver gobbles up our food we paid for. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone anymore.

Papa Johns on Race Str in Kingston, Tn is fantastic. We have never had an issue with them. We usually order no less than 4 pizzas for my large family. It’s always hot fresh and delicious. The team members are extremely polite. Their customer service skills are top notch. They went out of their way to make my 3yr old granddaughter smile. She loves going in and talking to the team. I will not order pizza from anywhere else. Papa Johns is 20 min away. Pizza Hut is closer but not even half as good and they don’t have as many ingredient options. Papa johns stuffed crust is HANDS DOWN the best in the biz

Horrible! I placed a delivery order at 7:10 with 30-40 time frame. At 7:48 a text message said my order was taking longer than expected. At 8:50 I went to check the status and was told my order has been cancelled. The store won’t answer the phone because they are closed! Corporate says the store cancelled my order and to contact them with a complaint. I should expect a refund within 2-5 days. His is this even possible and acceptable? If you cancel the order, send an immediate refund! I love how I’ve not received a text message that my order was cancelled even though I requested updates. If you have staff that will not do their job then get new ones or shutdown!!!!!!!!

I’ll never order from these clowns again. First they won’t put black olives in a cup on the side. Then they can’t get a pizza to the right address. This is the second time this happened. The other people at the same address in another area are enjoying our pizza for the second time. This time Papa John’s didn’t remake our order and send it out for delivery. Again… I will NEVER order from these low IQ map reading pizza put togetherers..

My wife and I got a pizza from here 3 weeks ago I picked it up, but from the time they told me it would be ready it was cold when they gave it to me. Today we dropped by to get the epic stuffed Crust pizza with Seasoned Crust and first whenever you order from the door they have attitude lime you are inconvenience them. When we did order the young guy said 20 minutes we went back to the door in 15 minutes and again it wasn’t fresh from the oven and when we get home we realize the Crust was not the garlic seasoned Crust like they say on the commercial. I think we are done with this store as even though it’s tasty pizza they are not thorough enough to keep orders correct.

This place is an absolute joke. The past 3-4 times we’ve order here, it has either not shown up, or they’ve called and said there was a “problem” and it would be an hour or more before our order arrived. We live 1 minute from the store. Take your business elsewhere! I’ve had to contact corporate just to have our food delivered the past 2 times. Seriously, DO NOT order from this location.

I worked here and I was treated poorly. A situation happened between me and a coworker and the manager sided with the other worker without even hearing my side of the story. Then, when I came in to talk to give my side of the story I was told I wasn’t allowed to be there and the manager lied saying I was supposed to be there at a different time. I was treated very unfairly and disrespectfully. I do not reccomend working at this location unless you want to be walked all over.
