Made a $65 order plus tip at half hour after its latest delivery time we call because we still have no pizza and are told our pizza went out with the driver 39 minutes ago. So oue food was driving around for what would have been an hour. Then they said they would refund it after it was delivered instead they just canceled it altogether so we had to go elsewhere for for after waiting from 7:22pm till 9pm for pizza to show up. Called the store to order carry out, the lady that took my order was super friendly and made sure to upsell. When I arrived the guy greeted me with a welcoming smile and immediately asked how he could help me. He got my order out to me immediately and everything was correct. The pizza was delicious and looked beautiful. Will definitely go back to this location again.

Kids laying on the floor and running. Ordered a New York XL pizza and its clearly the same size as a large… states 8 oversized triangle slices and well you see the picture… place has went so downhill and lost my business. Out of respect for the kids I did not post that picture of them…. 10/10 do not recommend, go somewhere else!

We were visiting Pigeon Forge and was camping at jellystone camp grounds. After visiting Dollywood all day, we didn’t get back until about 830pm. After trying 3 other pizza places, I called Papa John’s and they were very happy to accommodate my pizza order. The young lady who took my order was extremely courteous and said the order would be delivered within 30 minutes. We waited outside next to our camper, and the driver quickly found our site. He was extremely nice also.

Let me start by saying that the pizza (all 8 of them-4 large and 4 medium) were wonderful! The overall experience was not very pleasant. I called and placed a carry~out order, with Raii, for 6:15PM at 3 in the afternoon. When I arrived at 6:30PM, my order wasn’t ready. Raii wasn’t very apologetic and told me my order would be another 10 minutes. I ended up finally walking out at 7:10PM-55 minutes after the time I should have received my order. I completely understand that things happen, but staff should always be courteous and apologetic to customers and this was not the case.
