Food is almost always great. Although last time I went my pizza tasted a little overcooked and they left too much of the crust showing so the pizza looked smaller and had less toppings,cheese and sauce. Like they were skimping or they were new and didn’t know how to properly make a pizza. But overall my experience with this Papa John’s is usually 5 star . Nice employees, great food. I will say whoever made my bread sticks did an awesome job. Very delicious.

Ordered online and was given a pickup time of 17-27 minutes, however, the pizza was not ready until 45 minutes had passed. This was due to their waiting to start the pizza once we arrived to pick it up.

Ordered pizza for carryout at 7:30pm on 12/27/21. Wait time was 24-30 minutes. Showed up at 8:30pm to pick-up. I was told it would be an additional 3.5 – 4 HOURS before it would be ready. They could’ve called and notified me. No apology, no nothing. Just ridiculous, this location has plummeted in the past year. Won’t be back.

I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. I’ve always thought they had decent pizza but customer service has COMPLETELY gone out the window. They have a call service in India or something where they barely speak English and now there’s no way to get in touch with the actual location. They cant even take an order properly. Insanely frustrating and I’m done.

I have been purchasing pizza at this location for about 7 years now. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I think I can only recall one instance where my order was a bit skimpy with the toppings. Other than that, I am totally satisfied with this store and will continue to purchase from them in the future.

Pizza was great! It was ready when we got there and was hot and fresh. This is the closest Papa Johns to us and it is almost a 20 min drive so we are out of the delivery area, but we will gladly make the drive again. Much better than competitive chains that deliver to our area.

Have been ordering from Papa John’s for years and never had a problem. Had a small problem with the Buffalo Sauce. Called and spoke with Doug. He apologized for the problem and sent me another Buffalo Pizza. It was perfect. It was refreshing how quickly they responded to the problem and fixed it. Thanks Doug for taking care of us. We appreciate it very much. I highly recommend the Buffalo Pizza and Papa John’s in Seymour.

A driver at this location was driving erratically in the shopping center in front of his store. As my family was driving through the main lane, the driver turn in front of us at a high rate of speed. He also had no headlights on at 8:15pm in the evening. When he stopped at his store, I stopped and asked him why he was driving like that? I asked him if he seen me and he said yes. He said he knew I had to slow down for a speed bump. We told him we had a baby in the vehicle and he started arguing with us. He was 1 car lengths in front of me when he cut us off. He started bad mouthing me and my family and being confrontational. I’m tired of these millennial thinking they are always right when they are clearly wrong. We sent a message to their corporate office. Hope the General Manager takes appropriate action to this reckless individual.
