Pizza undercooked and not friendly delivery person. As soon as I pick up the floppy pizza everything came off it was clearly undercooked. Called about it and all they did was offer to send out a new one or credit my account. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Pizza was cold and showed up an hour late. Then they said order again and it’s free next pizza. So I ordered again same pizza but this time pizza was cold as usual but there was a circle of grease the size of a pan pizza underneath.

I dont want to talk to a buggy automated voice assistant that bugs out and loops back to ask me the same questions repeatedly, have the person I am speaking to try and upsell me on menu items I don’t want three times, and be asked to answer a survey after I order my pizza. This was the most cumbersome time I’ve ever had ordering pizza over the phone. Lose the AI picking up the phone, cut the upwelling and survey BS, and just let me order my pizza.

I placed an order for carryout. My daughter and her husband were out running errands, so they picked up my carryout order to drop off on their way home. They decided to purchase a couple 2-liters for themselves (which are obviously overpriced a pizza joint anyways…), and they were charged $16 for their 2-liters. My son-in law paid it thinking he was also paying for my order. When they found out I already paid for mine, they asked the manager for a refund for the 2-liters because the advertised price was not anywhere near the $16 they paid. He refused. Corporate customer service was no help. My family and her’s will no longer do business with this company.

I was lost for 3 hours, couldn’t find my hotel. My phone was dead and didn’t have hotels address. Stopped a Papa John’s delivery man, and he drove almost 6 miles out of his way to show me where I needed to be!! I had no cash on me, so I ordered a pizza and requested he be my driver. The pizza was there in about 20 minutes and I was able to give him a generous tip from my credit card. The pizza was awesome! Great service, going above and beyond! Wish I could share his name but that’s against policy.
