Papa John’s in Memphis TN is some crooks 33.41 for a large pizza and a order of breadsticks but did not put my 2 liter drink on the order which the guy read it back to me and said it was on there. Now they don’t want to answer the phone to make things right. This place is a joke, I will never order from them ever again.

My app ordered a pizza to the wrong address 35 mins on hold 5 phone calls and no one to help. Just keep being put on hold. Ridiculous! Never have I ever! $40.00 wasted on a pizza delivered to the wrong address and not one damn person to help!

We are very disappointed in this location. The customer service was horrible. The store was allowing customers to order pizzas at the drive thru window and sit at the window while their pizza was cooking; customers with carry out orders had to wait. We ordered a thin crust BBQ chicken pizza no onions, the cook put so much BBQ sauce on the pizza as if they were preparing a thick crust pizza. The sauce was just thrown on the pizza. We’ve had it with this place!! So not cool. What happened to restaurant workers who’d prepare customers orders the same way they’d fix their own food?

I asked for Shaq a Roni. I asked for extra sauce on my pizza and I told them I would pay for extra sauce. The manager told me that the pizza was being prepared and Papa John’s does not want me to have extra sauce on my pizza. She went on and on to tell me about what Papa John’s standards were. I said ma’am I am the customer I know what I want. The manager went on and on to tell me that she doesn’t have a boss because she is the general manager and no one is over her and she continued to try to get me to cancel my pizza. It’s sad when the manager can’t follow directions so why would you expect anything more from the employees that work under her? I wish I could give zero Stars. Stay away from this location on Brooks road in Memphis Tennessee and go to a Papa John’s that can comprehend what you are saying because I have never had problems at other Papa John’s.
