Run don’t walk, and go somewhere else. The quality of the pizza has went down hill and last we ate from there made 3 people in my family terribly sick. When I called to let them know they didn’t care. The GM will only give “quality guarantee” and give us more pizza. You can’t guarantee chicken on a truck. Who wants more pizza when I made you sick? I didn’t want a full refund, just the bad pizza we received im a much larger order. We Will be going else where from here on. Trying to save you the trouble. Your bank can refund you since they won’t FYI.

The young girl who took my order was very pleasant. She made sure I got exactly what I ordered also. Explained the menu to me as there were some things I never heard of. She did it so patiently. As an older adult it’s nice to see young people taking pride in their work & not rolling their eyes when someone asks them a question. We’ll be back.

Placed online order for one pizza and was supposed to be delivered in 30-45 mins. One hour passed and no pizza arrived so I turned in and called and when the person answered he stated that the pizza was already made and on the way. After another hour of waiting (2 hours in) I finally realized no pizza yet and called back and asked for the manager and she basically said she just saw the delivery driver pass by and he should be arriving anytime now. At that point I question if the pizza was even gonna be warm lol. She reassured me it would be hot when delivered and Convo ended. I waited another 30 mins or so and finally got a knock on the door and the pizza finally arrived and the gentleman admitted my order was not ready and the manager basically lied. I basically tipped him 20.00 bucks for the honesty and let him get into work instead of arguing or bashing him. Won’t ever order again even though Papa John’s is my favorite pizza place. I only have a 30 min lunch and work 11 hours… I wasn’t able to enjoy it and the sad thing is the manager didn’t even act like it was a big deal or offer a discount (not that I was expecting it) but working many many years in the customer service field it’s only right to treat your customers Fair.

This place has horrible customer service!!! Waited over 2 hours for a pizza that was told would be ready in 7 minutes repeatedly by men working. Then when asked was told I was lying and was never told that. There is no organization or management at this location and the rudest people. They need a complete redo on there customer service and time management.

I only gave it three stars to be nice. This place has been going downhill for awhile I would order 2 n 3 times a week n then the service keeps getting worse n worse.the orders would be cold n never bring all I asked for but the bad part is I called in order n when it arrived it was only 1 when I had ordered 2 items.i was called a liar..was told to go to pizza hut n told me I never ordered 2 if they took the time to look back at all my previous orders I never ordered less than 3 items which I spent 35 to 47 dollars each time I ordered.i guess they didn’t believe in loyal customers but the manager Kyle was saying all kinds of things n told me to go to pizza hut. Not happy at all
