I did a pick up order. My food was cold. I watch the manager John pick up my food off the rack. I’m thinking why its not in the warmer. I call to complain and was on hold for ten minutes to speak to manager John. Please keep in mind I just left the location and they weren’t busy at all on a Sunday. This was very bad service the fact manager John on 8/13/2023 at 2 pm provided services like this! He handed my food and said if I need anything don’t hesitate to give them a call like he knew I was going to be disappointed! I finally talked to manager John and I complained. He act like he wasn’t concern and asked me what time I picked up my older to try make it seem like it was my fault.

Second time we’ve ordered from here, will be our last. Both times hardly any sausage on the pizza. BBQ wings were plain wings with BBQ from a bottle dumped on them not cooked in. I’ll make my own pizza and wings before I order Papa Johns again.

Love Papa John’s pizza. However tonight was different. We ordered our food at 6:45 and was told it wouldn’t take but maybe 15 minutes. I’m completely understanding that business is booming at night and was fully prepared to wait. When I entered the store I could quickly see why they were so behind. I felt horrible for the employees that worked there due to the constant berating from their manager I would assume. Yelling and talking down to them the whole time I was here. By this time, there was probably 25 boxes lined up in the window and everyone was working their butts off. If someone is reading this, I hope you can roll back the footage and see what I was talking about.

I loved Papa John’s for so long but this location has me.looking for a new pizza place. Consistently late and quality is not so good. Last order was 2 large pizzas and it looked like they stuck 2 medium pizzas in large boxes.

2 weeks in a row. Told a time, didn’t happen. Last week pizza was cold. This week we were told it would take 38 minutes. We ordered at 4pm. It’s now 5:25pm and no pizza. Next time I will order from anywhere except Papa John’s. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. We were told it would be delivered in 30 to 45 minutes. It’s been almost 2 hours, and still no pizza. We have called several times to find out when we would get our pizza delivered. They then told us that their standard delivery time is 2 hours. Unbelievable! I get that they are probably busy and possibly even short handed, but who wants a pizza that’s been rolling around in a steam bag for two hours. Completely unacceptable!

Ordered pizza and bread sticks with a 35 minutes estimated delivery time at 9:30PM. No word on pizza till 10:41PM from the driver saying they were in the lobby of the Holiday Inn Express. I get down there and there is no one there. Driver went to the wrong address and I didn’t get my delivery at all. Would never recommend this place.

DO NOT DO DELIVERY. I live 10 minutes away and last two orders take 2hrs to get here. I decided to call and chose to speak with manager. I asked why the wait and get told me due to employment issues. The main issue with this is the website gives a 1hr delivery time from time order was placed. It’s crazy times with people not wanting to work because they free loading off working peoples tax Dollars but that isn’t my problem, you get faster delivery with domino’s or pizza hut.
