The chicken poppers we ordered weren’t fully cooked. They were gooey in the middle…cold & gooey in the middle. Called the manager & he said he didn’t know why they wouldn’t be fully cooked or gooey in the middle because they get them pre-cooked. As a former fast food store manager I fully understand that if pre-cooked frozen items aren’t re-warmed properly the food can be gooey in the middle. Never had a problem with this store before the food & service has always been awesome. The manager seemed uninterested. I told him I didn’t want anything I just thought he’d want to know. He seemed unconcerned with my call or situation.

My family recently moved to Gulfport, MS from Joplin, MO. I have to have a gluten free crust. Joplin Papa John’s, without fail, burned my pizza black and inedible every time. In Gulfport Papa John’s, my gluten free pizza was PERFECT! Ya’ll are AWESOME, keep up the great work!!!

The rest of their pizza is ok, but the 16″ NY crust pizza is like pizza flavored rubber. It’s truly so tough and disappointing. Just wait for NY Pizza or Brooklyn’s to open if you want a good, floppy NY style pizza in this area.

We stay 5 min down the street and waited 1 hour for our Oder and the pizza was NOT fresh at all seems as if it was sitting out it was VERY COLD not properly cut ! This is Not normal I order from this pizza spot all the time . Im SURE. We have just ordered a pizza from the store. Had to wait atleast and hour for them to even make it, and when we picked it up the girl bringing us our food had a little bit of an attitude. We got home and when we went to eat the pizza we noticed that the toppings were NOT at the top. They were in the middle under the the cheese. When we lifted the pizza the whole slice fell apart. And the dough of the pizza is not fully cooked. I love Papa John’s but this is completely unacceptable

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. I was told it would be about 50 minutes. Two hours later still no pizza. I call to see why I have not received my pizza. It was marked as carry out. They apologized. They said they would get my order right out. They remade pizzas and I finally received my order. The pizzas were under cooked. The dough was still raw in places. Normally I wouldn’t complain. But this time I had to post my opinion. The delivery driver was very polite.
