Went to go pick up my to go order in the workers are playing around talking about how much cash they have, and pulling all their pockets showing each other instead of working and getting my order. Highly upset about this place been going here for years and never have seen the unprofessionalism that I seen that night. What’s worse is the language they use in front of my 12-year-old daughter and my 12-year-old daughter seeing how these workers are playing around instead of working will not be back to Papa Johns.

I order from this location almost weekly because I am going through some medical treatments. Normally its good but the last two orders have not been good. The last order was incorrect. It was like they didn’t read any of the notes for our order, ie no black olives, square cut. I thought it was just an off night for them and decided it was not a big deal. Tonight it is terrible. The crust is not cooked completely and is very flat because its perforated all the way to the edge and is mushy in the middle. Theres way too much cheese that hasn’t even been melted. Our contact less delivery was left without any indication it was there. Normally they ring the bell or knock. Im very sad because this has been my go to while I cant cook. Not good at all. I will have to try somewhere else unfortunately.

Ordered delivery. Amount was $24.56. Handed driver $40 and asked for change. He said he couldn’t make change and if I wanted the pizza I needed to the full amount. Gave the $40 and called the store which the manager apologized and credited me a pizza.
