My wife and I ordered from here at least once a week and usually don’t have any issues, but tonight we had problems with both of our orders. Pictures will be added showing issues, but order was redone and brought to us, and we still had issues. I ordered the cheese sticks with bacon and a lot of them had no bacon. My wife’s pizza was just literally a hot mess. Toppings were all over the top and inside the box. Think before ordering from here. It’s not always bad, but there could be issues from time to time. This restaurant is your standard pizza take out restaurant. They offer curbside pick up inside pick up and delivery. The food was great and because I got a military discount the price was great. While this is a little further drive than the other local pizza restaurants, It is worth the drive to go to Papa John’s.

We order from this location often, but tonight was horrible. We ordered the garlic parmesan breadsticks, and they are covered in grease. It is so bad that it is leaking out of its box into the other boxes stacked under it. We have to pat the sticks dry to eat them…

I have been ordering from this location for years. I order every weekend when I am home. My order was $100.00 and is usually a very large order. I placed my order at 6:52 pm. I called at 7:55 and asked for an update. I was told the food was coming out of the stove Right then, and they will be delivering momentarily. I called back at 8:31pm and was told the food was then coming out of the oven and they don’t have drivers. So I drive into the store to pick up my order. I arrived to an unwelcoming environment. No one was wearing gloves. The guys that had bears were not wearing hair nets and no hair nets on anyone else. I asked for my food which did not have the stickers on the boxes that are supposed to come on them. I opened them up in store and said this pizza is not fresh it looks old. I asked if it was sitting there for and hour or more. The older guy with the beard looked at me and said yeah. Then walked off. I brought my food to the car because I was extremely upset. I come back in and asked for the store managers number. I was told they’re not allowed to give his number out and would need to come back to the store during the day. I brought my food home and all my pizza was tough and dried out. The pizza was not made correctly and there was a hair in my cheese pizza.
