Pizza was burnt as seen in the picture! We tried to eat it anyways but man it was like eating a tire! So disappointed. Please focus and your delivery better and when customers complain that pizzas came out wrong don’t get mad and just replace it! Took an hour and 40 minutes to deliver it 0.6 miles away. Pizza was damn near cold by the time I got a slice. Not the first issue I’ve had with this location. Even the driver that delivered the pizza was complaining about how bad the management is and the turnover rate.

The day crew sucks. Order in the evening and it’ll be ok, but if you order for lunch you will get uncooked thrown together garbage even if you ask for well-done. Every single time. Even for carry out, the day crew will happily serve you garbage food with a smile on their face.

I had a order to pick up for doordash, and I waited 20 mins, only to be told it would be another 30 mins or longer. I ended up leaving because that takes away from my income when I have to wait so long. I know it doesn’t matter to the company, but it would be nice if they fixed it where doordash orders are priority.

Make sure you double check your order. It I was given someone else’s order then once I got my order. I was missing items for the 2nd time in a row. Called the store and was told wow you are actually calling over missing items who cares then they hung up. Tried to call to talk to a manager they kept hanging up on me. Very unprofessional

Placed a large online order (13 pizzas plus bread/cheese sticks, brownies/cookies) for an office lunch. Liked the value of “Crowd Pleaser” bundles. The order arrived a few minutes early (but the store called to make sure this was OK) and was 100% accurate. All items were hot when the order arrived. The driver, Travis, was friendly and quite helpful. I will definitely remember how great the service is the next time I need to place a lunch order!

Pizza and cookie was hot and good. Order was correct. I ordered online and used papa dough and a coupon for a free cookie they sent me for my b-day. My only dislike was they offer curbside pickup online however after notifying the store online that we were there we waited 15 minutes and still had to go in to pick up the order because no one brought it out.

We ordered a Xtra large pizza with 4 toppings. Recording said delivery in 1 hour It was a hour and a 1/2 We also ordered extra garlic sauce and some pepporcinis There was 1 each and they owed us from before. She called and the Mgr. was very rude and nonapologetic. The driver was asked a couple questions also and was also rude. This kind of customer service is ridiculous. I worked in the service industry and never had a complaint. Corporate will be called for sure…
