Want to get gypped out of money? Then this is the place to go! I went to pickup a pizza, and the short haired, light-skinned girl with glasses shorted me 14 cents. When I brought this to her attention, she started smiling like it was a joke and said that they were out of change…as if I’m supposed to take the loss for their ineptitude. I talk with the manager and he made it right by giving me a dollar, but the fact that the girl tried to pull a fast one on me, hoping I wouldn’t notice being shorted on my change, blew my mind. Then she outright lied to the manager, saying she only shorted me 4 cents when it was 14. Completely unbelievable and unprofessional behavior, and I would recommend you stay away from this location, because I sure will from now on.

I went inside to order and they asked for my address. After some confusion they explained they were delivery only. I asked if they could just deliver to the lobby, no, to my car outside, no. They offered to deliver to Domino’s down the road. I said that wasn’t very cool so I had them deliver to my room at the Marriott. Never showed up. I went back the next morning very hungry and they gave me my pizza…. in the store. smh

This location sucks. Order is never accurate and the customer service is terrible. The manager will just tell you that you’re wrong and argue with you instead of trying to fix the issue and give you what you ordered and paid for. Plus for some reason, the pizza is never cut properly. Since they’ve partnered with DoorDash you won’t get hot food unless you pick it up.

We ordered online. We have confirmation. I showed up, no record of the order. I was told I couldn’t order because pickup was closed. I payed a $5 delivery charge to pick it up outside. Last time I ordered from this location, I didn’t eat Papa John’s again for over a year. I’m done with this chain….

I ordered a pizza on the phone. That got me to a call center in “Dallas.” Clearly, there must be a Dallas, India. When I ordered, they told me it would be 91 minutes. I said never mind, cancel it. They said they can’t handle cancellations, that’s another department, they’re going to transfer me to them. The phone rings until it disconnects.
