My orders from this location usually go well, but I recently placed an order and the driver forgot the 2-liter. When I called the store to see if the could reach the driver (I was hoping maybe he just forgot it in the car) they said they’d send the driver back with it asap. About an hour later, I hadn’t heard anything and called the store again; they at first said he was on his way, but then said he’d be coming in 10 minutes. I was told that the manager would be placing a discount/credit on my order but that never occurred. It took over an hour from delivery of our food to get the 2-liter that came with the order and I was lied to about the store making it right. Very disappointed – will most likely avoid ordering from this location in the future.

If you’re ordering *just* a pizza for carryout, you shouldn’t have a problem. But don’t order wings because when I did, they were undercooked and caused problems for my stomach. I had a few leftover, cooked them in my oven for a reasonable time the next day, and they didn’t cause any issues.

Got cheesesticks carry-out.. they shorted sauces, I caught it, and they gave me what I short. Got home, went to eat the second cheesestick, this hair was baked into it. Done. DON’T EAT HERE. SO GROSS.

placed order for 1115 pick up once i saw it being made try to call the store no answer this was at 1000 i couldnt imagine them being so busy couldnt answer the phone when i pick up today sure the good will be cold since they will not answer the phone!!!! do better and get the pick up time right when someone request a pick up time or do away with that option.

Avoid going to this location. Manager got in a yelling match cussing at the door dash drivers and called the police and made a huge scene. It took the store over an hour to make our medium one topping pizza and they put my name on the ticket as an something offensive and never asked my wife her name just put something about her appearance. We will never do a walk in carry out here again. If you order delivery expect a 2 hour wait the door dash drivers told us .
