This Papa John’s has young inexperienced employees that have zero customer service. Pizza was left outside my door for 30 minutes, no one ring the doorbell. I called up there and said the quality and service was ridiculous and they hung up on me. I went up there and they refused to correct the issues, smiled at me like they didn’t care, and then threatened me in the parking lot. After they threatened me they did said they were going to call the police on me lmao….. Generation Z to the fullest, totally worthless store and I will never use that store again.

Worst pizza i have ever seen from Papa John’s. Dough must have been expired. It smelled like beer. It was flat and you can see they forgot to put cheese on the 3 outside inches of all of them. It was not Papa John quality.

8 months ago I wrote a bad review on how bad everything was. The food was horrible the workers were horrible, stuff was forgotten out of my order etc. But tonight I ate the best pizza from there that I have had in a long time. My husband didn’t catch the names of the 2 people working but when he got home and we ate, it was great. Sauce was good cheese was good toppings were good service was good and hot and fresh. Don’t know if it was because it was a Monday or they just had their best employees in the tonight but it was great. It was good enough for me to retract my last review!!!!

Would rate 0 if that was an option. The fact this pizza ever left their store is embarassing. The cut isnt even close to center. The entire pizza was an air bubble so much so it scrapped my topping off and left oven debris in my food. Between poor quality and their inability to fulfill their orders completely is mind boggling. They owe me 2 2 liters and 12 cheese cups that i paid for from previous order.

The goofy silly excuse for a worker let us wait over hour for our order (keep in mind we live 11/2 miles away) we called to ask how long it would Be, they didn’t even make our order, she said that my number was disconnected the same one that we are talking to her with! She said I didn’t give them a address, NOW Who believes that they didn’t ask for my address up front when they said carry out or delivery? this dump has a bad reputation and it’s getting worse, QUIT HIRING LOOSERS, YOU GUYS SHOULD CHANGE THE NAME TO PAPA SHITZA, CALL DOMINOS AT LEAST THEY SHOW UP !

Just wanted to take a minute to leave a good review for this location. Delivery is never good but I think that’s due to lack of drivers. For take out, the food is hot and fresh and the staff has never been anything other than courteous. I’d recommend to anyone.
