We have been ordering from here off and on for the past few years, and this is one of the most inconsistent places to order pizza from. Normally the food is pretty good, but on many occasions it arrives like this… The pizza is still dough in the middle, and the bread sticks have barely any cheese on them. Just looking at how the bread sticks are made should tell you everything you need to know about this place.

I had picked up a large New York pizza for my family and the product was not the normal Papa John standard. I called and I spoke to the manager – CN and what a quality professional guy he was. He apologized for the pizza and set me up for my next order at no charge. You don’t get this kind of service in many places. Great job Papa John’s Georgetown.

Me and my fiancé had ordered a couple pizzas about a month ago and unfortunately one of them came out wrong, we called and they said that we could either get a full refund or they could remake it. We forgot about it until tonight and despite it being a month after we called, and Topher was super nice about it and our pizza was ready within 10 minutes 🙂

Ordered from a hotel and they had the correct room number. After waiting for over an hour, I walk out and it’s 4 doors down the hall on the floor! Only got 7 instead of 8 wings, didn’t get the extra blue cheese I paid for and the wings were swimming in what appeared to be oil or grease. My pizza did not have the extra mushrooms I paid for and all the toppings were in a pile in the middle and it was undercooked. Definitely will not order from there again. Do better

My pizza was as I ordered it and just out of the oven when I arrived. My issue is with the phili cheese steak papadia I ordered. This was literally nothing but bread and bell peppers. I opened it up after the first bite and there’s no steak,….again,..just bread and bell peppers…..
