When a mistake occurs, they always work to rectify it. Good cheese sticks, polite and friendly delivery folks. The few times I’ve done a pick-up order, the interior of the restaurant was bright and clean. Give them a try.

I have had a terrible experience three times in a row. While I understand problems occur, the last experience was the final one. I ordered pizza for delivery (32-42 minutes). An hour later, it was still showing as being prepared. When I called to inquire and say we probably just needed to cancel if it was going to be much longer, I was met with rude apathy, and it was cancelled- no apology or explanation. I didn’t cancel the others, and we just ate the cold pizza. I wasn’t interested in wasting my money for the third time. If you order from here, be sure to use carryout only. Two stars only because I did receive a refund.

While I know “things sometimes happen ” I was really upset with my service, 11-16-20. I called in my order. Was told it would be 14-24 minutes. That was fine. I got to the restaurant a little past 24 minutes. When I told young lady I was there to pick up, she started giggling and told me they were re-making mine because they gave mine to someone else because my green peppers looked like the other customer’s jalapenos. So I was supposed to wait another 14-24 minutes, with no apology, no offer to pro-rate price or anything. All I got was giggles. My time is just as important as the next person. Very disappointed

I usually order online. I like the way their online ordering process works. Since I normally order the same pizza it would be much easier and quicker if, when I log in, I could see a “recents” list showing my recent and/or last order, so I could simply click on one button to order, as long as it’s the same pizza.

On a UK basketball game night you have one delivery driver? Pizza was cancelled after an hour of not showing and Door Dash still delivers after 1.5 hrs later. Where is the dash? As I figured, the pizza was cold and it’s now in the garbage. No more Papa Johns..Too many times this has happened..

Edit: still 0 stars from me. This location is THE WORST place ive ever ordered from. I cannot tell you how many times my pizza was made incorrectly, in a generally poor way, or something about my order was forgotten upon delivery. I am in genuine disbelief that this location could do such a terrible job on such a consistent basis. My advice is 100% save your money and don’t order from here.
