Sat in drive through for 36 minutes and when I finally made it to the window nobody could even be bothered to come speak with me. After another 10 minutes at the window I went inside, where I saw incompetence at it’s finest. Finally got the food after many more minutes. I’m not one to typically leave reviews or complain much but, I have never had a single good experience at this location but it has never quite gotten under my skin like it has tonight.

I eat at Papa Johns West Side Frankfort location quite often, and the food is good. I have tried a few different “Papadias,” which are essentially pizza sandwiches, and they are always hot and filled to the max with toppings! Their pizzas are always a favorite of ours, and I like their wings, too. Staff are friendly, and the location is a good spot.

So beautiful, for 27$ and gave 40$ Just for the driver to take off and not give change back at all. I allowed my boyfriend to answer the door by the time I went to get the drivers attention he just drove off. DONT RECCOMEND! And next time I’ll DRIVE to the east side to get my food. The garlic butter I paid for to come with it was opened as well.

If you don’t have staff. close. If your staff don’t want to do their jobs because they’re swamped and don’t have help. Close. If your staff refuse to work and answer the phone to out you on hold 3 times for five minutes. Close. I ordered online to be saved by the digital corporate staff who also tried calling this location as well to have the same result. No one helped.

Before I write my review, I want to note that I usually love Papa John’s pizza. Love the crust and the sauce. This time I ordered a small pizza and the garlic knots. They sent the wrong pizza. The crust was not their normal. It had obviously been sitting awhile before it was delivered. It was almost cold. The garlic knots were tough, again, because they weren’t fresh. Overall…not my normal experience with Papa John’s. Disappointed!

This is the second time this has been done to me, we ordered a pizza and some cheese sticks, we called an hour later because our food hadn’t been delivered and it said location was closed, then we called back another hour later and someone answered we asked if they were closed or not and they said “ oh I was just about to call you” they told us they didn’t have a delivery driver. Which is fine but 2 hours later you tell us this? You could’ve called 2 hours ago and we would’ve came and got our pizza and I still got charged $35.

Had wings delivered to my house and they had no sauce. The Manager said she would remake them and I went to pick them up at the store. The blonde haired manager with glasses put almost no sauce on the wings again. I asked if I could just have a little more and she refused and told me “that’s how much came on them” when I told her she could look at them she replied “yea I sauced them myself” she gave me attitude right off the bat, refused to give me the cooperate number and yelled at me. She gave me sauce packets and slammed them on the table. I said “well I paid 48 dollars for my order I’d just like the amount of sauces I always get.” She said “yea wings aren’t cheap” I’ve never been disrespected like that in costumer service places before and I was very nice to her. I don’t recommend going here and I’m not even sure she was a manager. She was also acting very off from the start.
