For some reason they can’t cook the crust. It’s always doughy. I ordered on the app and there is a well done option and I still got an undercooked doughy pizza that was sticking to the box and falling apart while trying to get a slice.

This place is terrible! Went to order a medium veggie thin crust and they said they only make it in a large. Now get this…the crusts in all sizes need to be baked and ingredients come out of the bins before they’re sold. So why wouldn’t the accommodate my request? They lost my business and I went to another pizza place and got what I wanted. It sucks when they won’t serve what you want. This was my first and last trip to this place. Order taker acted as if he was doing me a favor. Never looked at me while he continued folding boxes…a more important job than taking care of customers. Their loss.

Order took 27 minutes to be received, Pizza came out damaged so the rest of my food sat on a shelf then was charged for a dipping sauce that was supposed to be included. Would have to be hard up for pizza to come back.

if I could give them 0 stars I would. Please do not eat here and don’t let your families eat at this place. I order online I only had an certain amount on my account. To cover the online order but I had cash at home for the tip. The driver was late but that wasn’t the problem. When he arrived I tipped him and he acted as if he didn’t want to give me the pizza. I opened the box ate a slice and picked up the garlic sauce and seen a pubic hair on it. I am gonna have to get tested now because if there is hair in it no telling what else he did to it. Its sad because coming out of the pandemic you would hope that ppl would care for one another safe and Well being. Oh, this was at papa johns on Frederica St

I had ordered a large pepperoni pizza and told them to put extra tomato sauce. What I got was a pizza that hardly had any sauce on it couldn’t even taste it. And the pizza crust was burnt. And I talked to the manager and asked for her name and she said I don’t have to give my personal information out. She was very rude. They didn’t want to make the situation right. I have did allot of business and will not do anymore business with Papa John’s.

Horrible customer service!!! On 3/3/21 made my order on the Papa John’s app after an hour it said my order was on it’s way. After 45 minutes I called to check the status of my order, because it had not arrived yet. I was told that my order was out and was on it’s way. 20 minutes go by I called back they tell me the driver had an emergency they were remaking my order and it would be another hour. This was ridiculous I understand there are emergencies but they should have called and informed me and offered to refund my money or should have been 1st priority and not have to wait another hour on something that was ordered 2 hours prior. They told me they were sorry they were busy. Crazy will not order from them again.
