The boy that took my order was nice. BUT after my order was taken I was told it be out in 15 to 20 min. I was told 3 times that my order was coming out. After a hour I asked again and was told 15 min. I replied I will take a refund I have been waiting over a hour and told 3 times my order was coming out in 15 min. Not impressed with the service. And the manager wasn’t very friendly. They weren’t even busy when I first got there.

Poor management from the area supervisor to the mother daughter management…. No apologies, for the grease pizza they delivered us…. that is grease from the pizza the manager on duty , told me pepperoni cause grease, not that much we only had pepperoni on half, I work at a pizza place, she said you got what you ordered, right??? Refused to refund my $$$ in order to complain you call a third party customer service line after 48 hours,you should hear from someone…did not happen, had to contact the person over franchises, yet he never contacted me either. Bad management from corporate office to the shift management

My family and I love Papa John’s most times we get it. I will say that on the times we don’t love it, it is because it’s very disappointing. If the consistency was fixed it would be great every time. Last nights was pretty disappointing. The ham and pineapple pizza had all the ingredients on two slices, the cheese pizza was missing the cheese, and my Philly Cheesesteak Papadila was missing the cheesesteak. It would have been paper thin if it wasn’t for the peppers and onions that weren’t cut up on it. I will say this type of thing only happens 2 or 3 outta 10 times. Usually, it is really good. Just super frustrating to spend 40.00, add a 10.00 tip, and then get 25.00 worth of substandard pizza. Again, most of the times it’s great, my location is just starting to add up the not so great.
