The crew working Friday night can’t get orders right. I ordered 3 pizzas. I arrived to pickup 2 were just 5 mim away from being pulled from the oven. When I noticed the pizzas waiting on the counter I asked about it. They said it was just 5 more minutes to finish the 3rd one. In the meantime time the 3rd pizzas is being finished or literally tossed together and I watch it get inthe oven all of this while there were no other orders being filled and everyone behind the counter was more interested on checking their phones and cracking about then putting pizzas in the oven.

Worked for this store for 4 yrs, almost 2 yrs with the new management. Attendance is on a point system, never called in, always came to work. No points. I called in one day and after my requested time off the gm completely ghosted me and refused to allow me back to work after I had texted him several times that I was back in town and ready. If you ever wonder why the service and food is bad, it’s because the employees arent treated like people.

I picked up an all veggie pizza this past Saturday and thought, what happened to the quality of their product. The sauce was barely there, the crust very thin and over cooked. It just tasted terrible. Normally they are consistently good. It’s like they changed their ingredients and cut back on the sauce and dough.

I always have such a problem getting the right sauces. They always want to give garlic but I never order garlic. If there are veggies in your papadia expect them to be damn near whole. See pic. Also the papa bites are so delicious but I think it might be raw dough? Not sure, see pic. I’ve ordered from here many times. Always an issue.

Most of the time the employees are pretty nice. Occasionally you go in and get the ones who don’t pay any attention to you though. I’ve had one pretty major issue with the store in general and corporate handled it. The food is always good, that’s pretty much the only reason we keep coming back. That and they are the closest pizza place to us. I just wish they delivered to my house.

We love ordering from this place but the experience I just had tonight is the reason we will not be ordering from here anymore. I went to pick up our order. The loud talking drew my attention to the pizza prep area. I saw a woman with brightly colored hair EATING pizza while prepping the pizza WITHOUT gloves. That is extremely unsanitary and the health department would not think this is okay. Especially with all the illnesses going around back to back. Diseases people have that can be contracted through saliva etc. she was using both hands to eat transferring the slice from one hand to the other. I told the cashier that it’s not sanitary and pointed her out. The cashier’s response was “oh” and she walked away. If it weren’t so late I would have had the food refunded. I’m praying over it for real in hopes we don’t get any illnesses from it. It’s a very nauseating thought.
