First time ordering from this location. I ordered a Chicken Alfredo bowl got home and there’s no chicken in it. I thought I was tripping for a minute, but nope, there is no chicken. Mushrooms, spinach tomatoes, onion, banana peppers (which aren’t supposed to be on it) and sauce. They offered to remake it but I just got home and not driving back out. How do you forget the main ingredient?

I dont know who runs this location but they are doing an amazing job. We have ordered from here for the last 5 years and have never had an issue. The order is always correct, piping hot and delivered quickly. It usually arrives way earlier than the estimated time. Just wanted to say great job to the managers and employees!

I ordered a pizza well done and it’s barely cooked and soggy, the toppings were all on one side. I ordered extra garlic butter and none came. I ordered Garlic knots with garlic butter and it came with a quarter cup of marinara sauce. When I called to talk about it the manager only offered to send me garlic butter, no way to correct the pizza or give me a discount. I feel bad for the driver, they were nice and the only one with some sense.

Best papa johns experience of my life! The cheese was melty and gooey, the dough was soft and pillowy, everything was cooked perfectly, and even though the driver has to drive in a flash flood they were one of the most friendly people I’ve had the pleasure of talking to in a long time. Order delivery at 9p on Thursdays and hope you get lucky!

Placed order online, tracked order. 1 hr later, order shows preparing but no pizza, called store no answer. Contacted chat for help, chat says order is being delivered, 1hr later no pizza, tracker still shows food being prepared. Leave to go get pizza from store, store closed. No help & No pizza but card charged for all items. IF you have a CHOICE, CHOOSE elsewhere, this company could care less.

Would give a 0 if I could, ordered for waited for and hour and a half, called they said it was out for delivery, called again after 2 hours and found out the driver brought my food back to the store because the driver didn’t go to the right location. Never got a phone call or anything the store gave a refund but it was dinner for my family very inconvenient. Definitely going to give a complaint to corporate.
