I ordered a large custom pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers and olives which cost $23. Ingredients were scarce to say the least. At least 1/3 of the area didn’t have veggies at all. Mushrooms were literally a spoonful on it and bell peppers the same! This is the worst pizza I ever had and will never buy again from this place.

First, let me preface this review with, “I’m no Karen.” I’ve had Papa John’s in numerous states in the country while traveling for business, and am usually really satisfied. They’re the McDonald’s of pizza. Where I continue to be annoyed, is that this location is the worst I ever came across and it just happens to be the one that delivers to my home.

They were completely understaffed. I ordered my pizza on the mobile app and only stopped in after the given time, which was about an hour. They had not even started making the pizza. Line out the door. No call to let me know, and there was no update on the app to tell me how behind they were. I know these things happen. However, they need to communicate with their customers.

I’ve been to this papa john’s for a few years now. No issues, pizza is great, up until this year. It seems as if the workers stopped caring about their own customers, and just made pizza all willy nilly. I usually get a cheese pizza with light sauce and extra cheese. well, the past few times I’ve had it delivered, it took a whopping 2 hours with no explanation. And yesterday, they added WAY too much sauce when I strictly have been requesting light. How hard is it for you guys to put very little sauce on a pizza?? Not to mention the delivered pizzas ended up cold and unsatisfying. You guys just lost a loyal customer, I will never come back again. Maybe get better employees, management, or shut down all together.

The last two times that I’ve ordered from this location the food has been terrible. The first time the cheese sticks were so dry not even the dipping sauce could save it. Both times I ordered a pizza the whole entire bottom of the pizza was black and tasted charred I couldn’t even enjoy the taste of pizza. I get things happen but it’s my fault for going back and thinking things would change. If you order from this location I’d check your food before you leave or just not order it at all.

We ordered pizza 90 minutes before closing via online (not doordash) and we got our pizza 2.5 hours later. It was cold, and the breadsticks were stale. When we called to politely ask if we should come get it instead, the female answering phones was rude and stated they only had 3 delivery drivers but sent one home so they were down to 2. Don’t accept an order if you cannot fulfill in a timely manner. It was my first time having papa John’s pizza and it was an awful experience.

Did not get all my order. They told me to call 1888 papa but couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Will not order there again. Gave a tip too, but didn’t get all my food. That’s a shame. Don’t want to give me my money back. Will not order again there!

Great pizza and cheaper price than Donatos which I equally love. This store in particular always arrives within 45 minutes of me ordering and stay open long I think until midnight so it’s usually less of a hassle and cost point than ordering from Donatos.

It had been a while since I had a pizza, so I decided o get a stuff crust delivered from this Papa John’s and Inwill tell you that I will never order from this place again. The delivery person just left the pizza by my door in the cold weather and didn’t even knock. I never got any type of alert that it was delivered, so when I realized it was sitting outside, of course it was cold. I tried calling the store and it is as if no one is in the store because as I am writing thus review now, I have been on hold for almost 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone. This is the worst service and I had left a 20% tip. I would have given this store negative stars if the ratings allowed it.
